At the time I was getting ready to sell my house close by, so I wanted to see how the market was. The Open House experience was superb. I followed the house on Redfin and just a few days later the house became Under Contract, and then it was sold at a very good price. When it came to my time, I called Jerry up. He came fully prepared with everything. He provided me full market research, analysis, selling strategy, listing preparations, city compliance/clearance, and a full marketing plan. Everything was well-thought out. Right after the listing, Jerry hosted an Open House event. We received a number of very good offers. Jerry was excellent in the offer selection and the negotiation with buyers. Within just a month, the sale was successfully closed with a very good price.
