I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

We…read moregot Rue 29's "Wedding Day Management Coordination Package" which included day-of coordination and up to 30 hours of work before the wedding day, but we got so much more value than that! Unlike other month-of coordinators who won't talk to you until a month before, Rue 29 made sure to set us up for success from the beginning. As soon as we signed our contract Janice shared her list of preferred vendors and introduced us to everyone we needed to know. She seems to know everyone in Napa! She was then so helpful with any questions we had while we were booking vendors and coordinating with them over the intervening months. By the time we got to a month out from the wedding everything was pretty much already set! Janice was so incredibly helpful, super responsive, detail oriented, and extremely professional. When the wedding day came our day went off without a hitch! We were completely relaxed all day because of the trust that Janice had already built-we knew she would move whatever mountain needed to be moved to make the day perfect. During the day she was the perfect amount of attentive to verify a few last details with us but mostly left us to just enjoy the day while she took care of everything else. I booked what the website suggested. "UP TO 4 CHILDREN TWO HOURS ONE THERAPIST $250...1 additional child may be added for $50 to any party" Even that 15 minutes we were behind (sorry, I understand it is not your fault, but it just happens with kids) would not have been enough time for all of the services missed out on. (4 foot and lower leg massages, 4 neck, shoulder & arm mango massages, and 1 chocolate facial, not counting the boy who sat out). These are all things taken directly from your list of services offered on your website. My daughter was happy with the party. Of course she was, she got to see her friends and eat cake. It's hard for a child to miss something they didn't know they were supposed to get. The entire reason I chose this location is because she loves this kind of stuff. However, the location did not even have all of the proper supplies ready to render their services as promised (such as the white chocolate face mask not being white chocolate, which I see has now been changed on the service menu, or hardly spreadable). All of the children who received services were over 5 besides my 4 year old daughter, and she was perfectly patient. We were not offered extra time, we were told that there was another party coming in directly after ours. The party package offered to clients is simply unrealistic in the time given. I find such behavior to be not only rude and unprofessional, but unethical. By the way, at least one of the five star reviews written on their page seems to be from a family member. I'm concerned about the ethics of their practice and their lack of responsiveness as well as decent courtesy to existing and former clients.
