He was thorough but also low pressure. I never once felt like I was rushed during each appointment. He gave me a chance to ask all the questions I wanted to ask. I know I was probably annoying, but I'm all about early intervention if I feel something is off. Communication with his administrative staff was fabulous. Very courteous and flexible. When my family member was brought to the Emergency Department for a different cardiac issue Dr. Bagheri came the same evening to evaluate him and helped properly diagnose and treat him for his issues. When my family member first met Dr. Bagheri he was in a wheelchair due to being so weak from the surgeries he experienced. If it were not for Dr. Bagheri's due diligence I do not believe his heart would have gotten stronger. As of today he is out of the wheelchair and walks with a cane and we know a big part of that is because of Dr. Bagheri. I am not sure what Dr. Bagheri would do without Rosine and Mary who work at the Front Desk. Any time we need a procedure or test scheduled Mary and Rosine are very prompt returning and answering our calls. They treat us with compassion and dignity if we have any doubts or questions about treatments and medications. Unlike other doctor offices we have been to they do not ignore us when we wait in the waiting room and try to make our visit as comfortable as possible. They wear many hats at the office and make sure that Dr. Bagheri's patients are connected to the best resources and make time for us in case there is a concern that we can only address with Dr. Bagheri. They both care not only about their patients' wellbeing but Dr. Bagheri's and have restructured the office to make it safer for patients during COVID-19. They never took accountability nor contacted us to check on him, which only reinforced how careless and uninvested they were in their patients' well-being. What if I had not persisted? They told me they don't use their patient portal because all their patients are computer illiterate. I am a programmer with 35 years of experience and I seriously doubt their clientelle are computer illiterate. Nothing is done on time ever. Communication of any sort is nearly impossible. Otherwise, their doctors are great -- some bean counter convinced them to slash their office staff to nothing. They can barely manage.

Dr Grace, (whom I believe primarily functions out of Arcadia Hospital, could be wrong) , came down to Huntington Hospital, last minute, to help perform an angioplasty procedure which made a huge difference in my mom's grafts to flow properly from surgery. It's scary having to make last minute medical decisions regarding your mom's well being during an all day long complex surgery, but Dr Grace helped make me feel calm and informed and took such good care of my mom. She also visited numerous times while my mom was in the post op ICU stages. In my experience, this is not a cardiologist who clocks in just to do a routine job. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal.
