I have explained the insurance company's procedure to the office manager and encouraged her to call the insurance company to confirm the checks were forthcoming. Giving me 30 minutes to deal with it before my appointment is unprofessional and, frankly, rude. Additionally, the office manager was not in the office and was unavailable by phone to address the issue. Dr Grace, (whom I believe primarily functions out of Arcadia Hospital, could be wrong) , came down to Huntington Hospital, last minute, to help perform an angioplasty procedure which made a huge difference in my mom's grafts to flow properly from surgery. It's scary having to make last minute medical decisions regarding your mom's well being during an all day long complex surgery, but Dr Grace helped make me feel calm and informed and took such good care of my mom. She also visited numerous times while my mom was in the post op ICU stages. In my experience, this is not a cardiologist who clocks in just to do a routine job. She went above and beyond, the extra mile, to provide a phenomenal individualized and personalized experience where we truly felt valued, seen, and cared for. The Dr David Lee showed up as my cardiologist. When I first met him , he was smiling , calm , caring & very attentive to what is happening . After all these tests are done , he told me I have no major issue in my heart . I follow through with his office in Arcadia .
