The manager, Kaylan, was rude and didn't even remove the plate from our table. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. UPDATE: The General Manager Joshua Spell made the matter right with a sincere apology letter and gift card, and reassured us that the manager who attended to the matter that night would be trained on how to handle the situation better in the future. The service is always warm, friendly and prompt. True to its name, this is an actual meat market, with frozen meat and sausage for sale.
