There have been several times where the owner has come around to say hello during one of my services I love the Davines products they sell (I think this might be the only place in Tucson where you can buy it!) highly recommend the Oi all in one milk. I let her know exactly what I was looking for and she took time up front to ask the right questions. I wanted to keep my length so I appreciated that she started cutting just a little less than I wanted and checked in with me along the way. Once my cut was done, I did let her know I wanted the style a little straighter and she happily helped out to smooth out the curl from the blowout. I really appreciated it, but at the end of the day the goal is to walk out happy and be able to give 5 stars,right? I'm not local but I would recommend or visit again if the opportunity came up. She and her team make everyone feel so welcome, and you are never just a number. They treat you like family while giving you the best salon experience, and it's truly in the smallest details she and her team provides that go the longest way. I've been going to Adriana for a few years now, and she recently colored my hair and we did a new set of 22" extensions. While the color of the extensions was beautiful, it wasn't quite the look I had envisioned for myself. I reached out to her, and instead of making me feel wrong, embarrassed, or like I was bothering her, she took immediate action. She got me in quickly, listened to what I wanted, and gave me the color I was looking for. That kind of customer service is rare, and I just want to say thank you so much for listening, caring, and going above and beyond.
