These brokers put no effort into finding us a place. Marc on the other hand was quick to follow up on any spaces we found and was also continuously sending us spaces he had found. It is not an easy task to find a space for a startup and we were picky on what we were looking for. Being new to this we went down some wrong paths and asked a lot of questions. Marc stayed professional through those times and taught us a lot along the way. Even when landlords were not optimistic about a startup, Marc would work to setup meetings with the landlord to at least try to convince them otherwise. His perseverance led to us getting the perfect spot and we could not be happier with the outcome.

We purchased a flipped home from this company and it is absolute garbage. Despite our best efforts…read moreto hire additional inspectors and obtaining a home warranty from this seller, the house turned out to be, like many flips, putting lipstick on a pig. Don't get fooled by the "great" google reviews, anyone can purchase those. The reality is that they take absolutely no pride in their flips and they cut every single corner they can and we were left with the costs. They did give us some "credits" to fix some of the obvious issues that were found and now I know why they did so without hesitation - because it was so much less than if they actually would have done a good job and actually flipped the house properly. We were already paying an inflated cost for the home (almost $500k in December 2022) due to the market standards, you would think they would have actually done a good job on the flip since they still netted a substantial amount of money. But they didn't. The house is in horrible shape. From failing pipes due to poor installation of the water heater, to tiles that have been breaking because they left the underneath hollow - to everything in between. The home warranty isn't covering a lot of these items and so far the plumbing issue is going to cost at least $4k. This company is a joke. They do a horrible job on flips and take advantage of the fact that there aren't any adequate safeguards for homebuyers purchasing flipped homes and zero accountability for real estate companies like these that do this to homeowners. It is absolutely horrible and now we are paying so much money to correct all of the things they did not do right in order to be able to live in the home.

After hiring this company to sell our house, I called and personally asked his assistant to stop…read moresending emails. After all this time, they are still sending mailings to my email address. I don't trust all these five star only ratings, either they are too incompetent to remove a simple request, or knowing I don't want to get their emails are using this as a form of harassment. Either way, it doesn't say much about the company. After reading the response from Kelly Cook, he is a liar. I am a former client, he sold our house in 2016 on Cactus. He pestered my spouse daily until I took off an honest Google review last year, because it wasn't a five star. On 4/27/19, I wrote to Laurie in customer service, in response to the advertising email she sent and asked to be removed from the Kelly Cook mailing list. A few weeks later, I called and spoke directly with Kelly Cook's assistant and requested a removal from their mailing list, but still get one or two emails each month. On 5/19/20, Kelly sent an email saying 'we absolutely removed you from all of our systems per your request'. On 5/22/20, I get a Kelly Cook email on mortgage forbearance. Spamming customers is not a good way to do business. Lying and playing these games isn't either. After posting this review, Kelly Cook sent the most hate filled and vitriolic email I've ever gotten. He said cockroaches crawled up his leg while he was sitting at my kitchen table. While this was supposedly happening, he never mentioned it. He said my house smelled like dog urine, although I took his advise and had a professional company come and clean the grout. He said I'm crazy and didn't want to sell my house. All this abuse because I'm fed up with getting his emails. Besides slandering me, he's also slandered a fine pest extermination company that came over to our house for years on a regular basis to spray for fleas, roaches, scorpions. They did an excellent job keeping our house free of all the pests that homeowners have in Phoenix. He is without doubt the nastiest person I've come across in many years. I'm still reeling from the pure hatred in that email. The vitriolic comments he made about our house, and me show a level of contempt I didn't think was possible. He is a nasty piece of work. On 8/17/20, I was notified that I had finally been removed from their mailing list after four years. It's good not to see those mailings anymore, but I wish I could unsee the email that Kelly sent. Why someone in real estate would send a client an email full of insults and lies, is hard to understand. I hired him and he made money from the sale of our house. Kelly comes across as a nice and helpful person, but after reading what he wrote, he has an ugly side. Anyway, I'm happy to forget that I ever hired this company, but that vile email won't be forgotten.

When I was referred to Amy, she took our need seriously. Amy is extremely professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive. She was prepared for our viewings with professionally organized property documentation attached to a company clipboard which she provided. Also important to us is that she is very patient, even when we put our search on hiatus for a while. We then found a new location and Amy handled the transaction smoothly. When she found the lessor's lease agreement to be too casual and leaving out some of our provisions, she got him to allow her to rewrite it using her template for our better protection and his. I'm very satisfied with Amy and Commercial Property Connect and now that the deal is done I will call on her for our next move without hesitation.

This is the third time we've used her, the first two times were for renting space. The first-time I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Susan did a lot of hand holding to make sure I understood what I was doing. This last time we were buying our office building and it was a whole different animal but I knew it would go seamlessly because I had Susan in my corner... And it did. I would recommend Susan and her team to anyone venturing into commercial leases or purchases, you won't be disappointed.
