All because one of "Tenants" and her are good friends. I called the office asking to speak with her about signing a new lease on a property I already reside in. She said you'll have to talk to the landlord. What? Aren't you who I'm suppose to talk to? Being the management company and all. she repeated her statement and hung up on me. Then she proceeded to send people to my home harassing me with notices. 1st a 30 day. Then a COUPLE OF DAYS LATER with a 10day AND a 2 day notice.BOTH TAPED TO THE FRONT DOOR AT THE SAME TIME! Dave has helped us find the perfect house. 6 months after we moved in to our home we had an issue with the home warranty company. When it…read morehappened to me, my roommates and I were unhappy to say the least; but worse, we didn't know our rights and didn't know where to turn. Kasey's team was in charge of the repossession of the house (I think?) - she would know all the legalese and details. She came to us personally, informed us of our tenant's rights, and how we could settle for a payment to vacate. We ended up missing the deadline for payment, though eventually finding adequate housing elsewhere. When we left, we abandoned several items in the house and backyard. Kasey called me and asked if I wanted to come back and get them, even if it was in the evening. She made herself available as a resource and couldn't have done a better job of navigating us through an extremely stressful process (and moving in the AZ summer is no picnic). If/When I decide to buy a house, or if I ever get foreclosed on again (knock on wood!), I'd want Kasey's direction and assurance.

He also helped me with selling a townhouse in AZ. So I know him as my buying and listing agent. He is always available maybe to the sacrifice of himself. He hired the best contractor Alan to do the necessary renovations and all within budget. I am very strict on this and he also communicated with me if any issues came up. If needed he would fix the issue himself (e.g. garage door opener or AC unit) without charging extra. And due to his calm nature he always kept me calm during what could be messy depending on the agent you are negotiating with. And bc he did such great work for me I referred him to my brother in law to buy a place all cash. Of course they found a great place! I would highly recommend James. He truly wants his clients to succeed. This matters in this environment where there are just too many incompetent agents out there!
