They apparently used comps of manufactured homes rather than site built 4,000 sq ft homes similar to ours. They also misrepresented the the classification of the home why I don't know. You will pay a lot for electricity during the summer. - The individual garages, which are under most second floor apartments, have extremely noisy doors and you will have neighbors either at midnight or 5am opening and closing them. Even if you are on the third floor you will be woken up by the garage doors noise. - Construction of the Porsche dealership is also a source of noise, bad smells and dirt. It's been going on for 6 months now. - They do not enforce their own rules regarding dogs. You will see Dobermans, Rottweilers, aggressive Rhodesian Ridgebacks and aggressive Pitbulls.

Opinion after opinion was expressed that this service wasn't wanted or needed and staff responded by repeating the benefits of Fetch and also mentioned how great it was that a Pilates class was starting. Finally, the community was told that their feedback was being passed onto corporate and that yielded the big nothing we all expected. The coffee bar amenity would be closed because of an event in the activities center and residents weren't notified. Make no mistake - you are living in Mark Taylor's house. That point was emphasized over and over during our stay there. Resident input is not taken into consideration. It is a nice community and there are a fair amount of costs to living there.
