Summer is when residents use the pool and outdoor amenities the most, yet the majority of the lounge chairs have been removed for repairs or refurbishment, leaving very limited seating. At the same time, management has decided to postpone resurfacing the pool deck until the fall. As a result, the existing pool deck becomes unbearably hot during the very season when residents should be able to enjoy it the most. This feels like poor planning and a lack of consideration for the people who pay to live here. Routine maintenance and improvements are understandable, but scheduling them in a way that significantly reduces the usability of one of the community's main amenities during peak season is frustrating. Waiting until after summer to address the pool deck completely misses the point. I expect better from a Mark-Taylor community. Residents pay premium rent with the expectation that amenities will be available, maintained, and enjoyable when they're needed most. I hope management reconsiders how it plans future projects and puts resident experience at the center of those decisions.

Even if you are on the third floor you will be woken up by the garage doors noise. - Construction of the Porsche dealership is also a source of noise, bad smells and dirt. It's been going on for 6 months now. - They do not enforce their own rules regarding dogs. You will see Dobermans, Rottweilers, aggressive Rhodesian Ridgebacks and aggressive Pitbulls.
