I am told by a Certfied Local Appraiser in Payson Az. That by using a non certified Appraiser I had…read morebeen another Victimized with an inadequate appraisal. I was advised that due to the area of my property with water rights it would require a Certfied not licensed Appraiser. They apparently used comps of manufactured homes rather than site built 4,000 sq ft homes similar to ours. They also misrepresented the the classification of the home why I don't know. To this day they continue to kick the can down the road and cause financial hardship to my family.
