It is refreshing to be looked at as an actual person. Many landlords lose track of that human factor and tend to treat tenants as just dollar signs. Not Ultimate Properties. They have a staff that actually takes the time to listen. Thanks everyone!!!! Shirley Johnson Buckeye, AZ 85326

Where to begin? We were told by the leasing agent the…read moresprinkler system works for our leased property and we would have to take care of the front and rear yards. Guess what, the sprinkler system doesn't work. Filed a ticket, claimed someone came by and the sprinkler system was never repaired. We had Ants, and the rental agency stated, " That's your problem, deal with it", even though the City of Surprise states in their laws that rental agencies are responsible for pest control, and it took a threat to sue to get someone to take care of it. Next up, dishwasher wouldn't clean or dry, and according to the leasing agency, that is considered "workable", although the law states workable means it does the job it is designed to do. Filed a Protected Notice of Breach of Lease and threats of rent withholding finally got them to replace a dishwasher that was too old. We had smoke detectors that were beeping at random, took them in total 3 MONTHS to replace, dragging their feet, in clear violation of the law that states in Arizona Landlords have to make sure the dwelling is safe. Guess what, I sent another BREACH OF LEASE NOTICE. They finally replaced all the smoke detectors with new ones, and the maintenance guy stated that was what they should have done in the first place. 5 days later: MY LEASE IS NOT RENEWED! That is Retaliation and the law sees it that way. This place puts itself above the law, lets you die in case of a fire because they're too cheap to replace faulty smoke detectors. This place needs to lose its license and closed down; they are a DANGER TO SOCIETY.

Avoid CCMC at All Costs - Corrupt, Controlling, and Anti-Homeowner…read more If you're considering moving into a community managed by CCMC (Capital Consultants Management Corporation), think again. This company is a disaster for homeowners, operating with zero transparency and actively working against the very residents they're supposed to serve, but instead, they are delivering LOW VALUE. The Reality of CCMC's Management:     *    They manipulate HOA boards, keeping them under their control to push their own agenda.     *    They side with developers and lawyers, ensuring decisions benefit their interests--not homeowners.     *    They use intimidation and public smearing to silence anyone who challenges them. I experienced this firsthand. When I decided to run for my HOA board to advocate for positive change, CCMC banned me from running without cause. When I simply shared my concerns on Facebook, they responded by sending a mass email to the entire community, attacking my character in an effort to humiliate and silence me. It didn't stop there. The HOA board president who LOVES CCMC... Approved their 5-year renewal without even bidding it out, sending a letter to residents claiming that my desire to volunteer and improve the community was actually an "assault on the fabric of this community which will ultimately tear it apart." (DIRECT QUOTE) Let that sink in--wanting to help and make positive changes was framed as a threat. This is the kind of culture CCMC fosters: fear, control, and suppression of homeowner voices. Why You Should Avoid CCMC Communities:     *    Corrupt and power-hungry - They don't serve homeowners; they control them.     *    Zero accountability - They answer to no one but their own self-interests.     *    Hostile to residents - Expect intimidation if you ever challenge their authority. We are leaving this community as soon as possible, and if you value your peace of mind, I urge you to avoid living in any neighborhood managed by CCMC. Do your research--countless other homeowners have faced similar treatment. Protect your investment and your rights--choose a community where residents actually have a voice.

Dale never showed for the appointment. We saw his picture, though. He could be David Weekley's great nephew. There was a older woman sitting in the home the central office sent us to. The woman was baffled and had no idea what to do. We could not understand why she was there, as she was worse than no help at all. Her general confusion was profound. She would not call Dale or a person in Authority. It appears David Weekley just sent someone's grandmother in to watch the store. Finally she gave us directions to the model homes. She did not know if they were open or not. We'll never know, because she gave us the wrong directions. I wouldn't mind as much if we had not wasted a Saturday and a six hour drive for uncaring and incompetent sales people.

I have ten years as an Escrow Officer, so a lot of the information I am familiar with and a lot of it I am not. I do like the fact that they have 3 locations and the Thunderbird location is the closest for me. Parking is hit or miss, because it is located in a busy shopping center. Normally around our first break parking near the facility is available. I recommend this school to anyone interested in getting their Real Estate License.

I will be demanding a full refund tomorrow. These people are retarded. The coursework is soooooooo dry and the presenters are terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!
