Moving cross county to a condo I rented sight-unseen - the management company representative, Bonnie Kingcannon assured me the place was lovely. I explained, I do Telehealth from home and need a very quiet space, she assured me it was not going to be an issue, the place was quiet. Unfortunately, I was lied to by Bonnie - I was unable to work in the condo due to 24/7 traffic noise. I broke my lease after 5 months. Matthew Hurtado helped me buy my first home recently and I could not have had a better agent. He was honest with me when there was faults with a property I was interested in, he guided me through the complex process of escrow, and even answered questions as late as 11PM. I told him I was not sure about buying a house anymore in November after he showed me a few properties- he stayed patient and continued to follow up and send me properties on a weekly basis. Matthew even helped me to lower my interest rate by 2 FULL POINTS by switching from my lender to his referral partner. I had reached out to a few agents in Phoenix who would not follow up with their promises because they didn't want to drive to the West Valley. I've been with this company as my rental agency for the last 3 months and my experience has been less than desirable. Here's whats been happening... 1. The house has constantly had issues. I have had a repair person out at least 2 a month to repair things. I moved in and the closet doors were left off-- Maintenance guy comes out puts a glider on the floor after I told him the top sliding bars were bent (which he didnt replace)-- 90 days later the doors are off again in three of the bedrooms and are now just in the garage. The toilets constantly break -- Why because they hire a cheap maintenance guy who does shoddy work. 2. They just forward HOA violation fees- Granted they handled the fee because a warning notice wasn't sent prior to the actual violation. Come to find out the warning letter was sent in January when I didnt even live in the house!! So thats the only reason for the second star. 3. They just randomly change their rent payment policy's without properly notifying their renters. Actually the email was .... Read this, Thank you. There was no call to action that terms may have changed and it was important to read. So now Im stuck paying their fee to process my payment online so its not late, when previously if your payment post office stamped mailed on the first it was considered on time. This company hires cheap people, and has piss poor communication with their renters--- If you can at all not rent from these people I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Joe Roth is an AMAZING real estate agent! He got my home sold within 3 months AND held in there when we had someone pulled out of buying 24 hours prior to closing. He got me what I asked for on my house. His team was great as well. Everyone kept me in the loop as to what was going on and were quick to answer any questions I had. I moved out of state and was worried my house would sit on the market for a very long time and that I would have to make a trip to AZ. Joe and his team made everything easy and even set up a notary in my current town to finish the sale paperwork. I didn't have to go to AZ to finish anything. Plus, Joe is totally awesome! His personality is great and he knows how to get things done and can handle "idiots" who may come along with ease. I rented a property from Marla Graham (Delex Realty) in Phoenix and can assure you she is not a landlord you want, unless, that is, you like being taken advantage of by someone who thinks they are sneaky and is going to try and get every single penny out of you that they can. It has been a nightmare situation with this woman, and thus, with this company. I was a tenant of Marla's for over 2 years, paying over $35,000 in equity on her property during that time, but after move-out, I'm being threatened with my security deposit because of normal wear-and-tear on the property that she is responsible for as the owner. The repairs she thinks I am to pay for are her responsibility and were things I noted on her move-in checklist -- NOT things that happened as I lived there. She did a real shoddy renovation to begin with, and now thinks I should pay for the upgrades she needs to make??? Not happening. I am still owed $550 as my remaining security deposit balance, but even after reaching out several times over the last two weeks, I continue to be ignored. It seems Marla thinks if she ignores me it will go away and she can keep all my money. Again, real shady person....I 100% do not recommend. read more

I advise noone to rent with this property. Especially the landlord Bonnie Kingcannon. I moved in this place in May 2017 and there are still issues on the check-in list that have not been fixed. Getting maintenance to come complete work orders is a hassel and a headache. This company does less as possible but want their rent every month. I was without a stove for over 3 weeks, I had to make a complaint with the City of Glendale to get the matter resolved. When the workers do come they always leave a mess and they NEVER complete all of the orders that they came to fix. Now I have a clogged tub and the landlord says its my issue to fix as stated in the lease. I don't see where it states that im responsible to unclog drains but in other news this landlord does nothing to insure that her tenant is comfortable and happy in their homes. Do a full inspection of these townhomes before signing the lease if you do have to move in because they put a fresh coat of paint on and think they have remodeled the place. HEADS UP!! read more

I've been with Bonnie for over six years. Yes every property has its up and downs. With all the hiccups that came into play they were ironed out and were able to enjoy our home. Not everything can be perfect all the time, but if you maintain a good rapport with your management company you will be able to work through it. It was a great place to live and would rent again from Delex Realty. We are sorry that we had to move but onto other adventures. read more

This is a joke of a company to deal with. We rented a home and paid over $2,000 a month! And what did we get for that...? Your going to want to sit down for this... -Dying AC units that were 29 years old -Not 1 of the closet doors hung on the tracks -There wasn't a sink or tub with a drain plug -Several windows had broken locks -Upstairs bath tub leaked through the ceiling below it -Broken / Cracked windows -Broken and collapsed back property fence -A waterfall and pond in the back that never worked so it was full of green, slime like water - loose wood panels in the stairs To name a few.... What they did attempt to fix...(by sending out some random, in licensed handy man) - Cracked window on front door. To fix it, they boarded it up with plywood. Now I'll remind you...I paid over 2k a month!!! -Range Microwave broke. The fix- replaced it with a old used counter top microwave. Which sucked because by removing the range microwave, it took away our kitchen ventilation so every time we cooked, the house filled with smoke. The wood panels that were loose on the stairs- they just nailed those down but the panels kept moving when stepped on...so the nails just raised up, cutting our feet. We discovered massive amounts of black mold in the kitchen. After months of remediation, everything removed was replaced with cheaper, non matching materials. The constant plumbing leaks we kept reporting went unfixed. The back fence was never fixed even though they promised it would be done at move in. The pond became a health concern. But here's the good part! After we became "high Maintence" (you know, for asking them over and over again to for-fill their end of the agreement) they wouldn't accept rent from us last month and then had us EVICTED for not paying rent!!! Even though I had emails and text messages printed proving that they locked me out of the online payment system, and her straight up telling me "we will not accept rent payment from you" - the judge didn't care and sided with them. So now I have a eviction on my record and have to pay them!! But wait, there's more. Before moving out, I got in contact with the previous renters and they told me that they broke their leases and took off because they discovered the black mold and told them...and after 6 weeks, they just said "we're not going to do anything about the mold at this time". So the realtor and property manager of DeLex KNEW about the black mold and still rented it to me and my family. I have little kids!!! I could go on and on about how piss pore they are, but how unethical can you be to knowingly rent that place out to a family when there's black mold present? read more

This company is a joke, made me put up 600 extra dollars for deposit and promised it would be credited to one of my rent statements, they even included it in the contract, now to get out of that they locked up my online account to pay so my rent would be late in order to not have to give up half of a months rent. Really they really go through that much trouble over 600 dollars next i complained that the grass in the back yard was dying and that the landscapers which are included in the rent havent been here in almost 3 weeks and I get a response from bonnie kingcannon or however her name is spelled that the landscaper has been caring for that backyard for 17 years, really because this house isn't 17 years old hmmmm next the valve in my kids bathroom breaks from the shower the stem is rusted out and the handle broke off simple fix and i get told that its my fault because shower handles dont just break off..... And she wants pictures so she knows what tradesman to send over just in case she was thinking of sending the roofer to do some plumbing work now I get an early eviction notice that I must be moved out on the last day of my lease because they don't want to renue my contract Damn bonnie causes a bunch of extra work for herself and everyone around her and then tries to cover it up by having a real family move so she can find someone who doesn't complain when she doesnt do her job well news flash we never intended on renewing our contract here this is the worst agency to deal with and will continue to be until they find managers who actually care about their not only tennants but their owners who provide the properties for them to manage maybe the owner would like some photos of how this house looked when we moved in anyways review over read more
