And I've watched her do this all with a smile on her face because this woman LOVES her job...she loves it. Kimberly is committed, professional, honest, and a straight-shooter. She is constantly in touch with you, and I've never waited more than a couple hours to hear back from her. She makes you feel like yours is her only transaction even though she's a busy and well-established agent. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!

Several repairs needed but I didn't know the extent. Some were to be done before move in & rest after. The house & yard were to be cleaned, weeds & trash removed. Nothing was done when I met Deborah to get the keys the night before move in. She said, "oh how embarrassing. I didn't have a chance to clean. But you said you were anal anyways so I figured why clean twice." They lied on the lease noting the house was built after 1978, it was built in 1959. They did not provide the lead based paint reports/pamphlets required by AZ law. There was peeling paint & rust in the medicine cabinet, paint, stucco, & brick missing from the outside of the walls. When they prepared the house to repaint we were unaware the house was built before 1978. Nothing was done to protect me or my family from any dust/debris that came off the walls & left there, water & mud came through the holes of the walls to the inside of the house. We had no privacy. The master bedroom & kitchen have sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard, if someone is standing within inches-10' from the door they can see in. Northpoint & Garcia's would send workers or come themselves w/o proper/no notice. The excuse was, "they didn't need access inside" "what's the big deal" "why are you complaining". When I walk out of my bathroom after a shower into my room, to get dressed, & there's someone at the sliding glass door of my bedroom looking in, taking pictures, "inspecting", or painting it's a scary, an invasion of my privacy, demeaning, & traumatic. I had a peeping Tom & I couldn't do anything about it except live w/the blinds, curtains, & windows closed to have privacy in my own home. Due to the holes, we had a constant flow of insects, Nov. the mice came. Deborah yelled in my face that I should have "put a sock in it" to prevent mice. Deb said I should have repaired the holes myself with socks! She said it was my fault for not having a washer and dryer, one of the many discriminating comments made by her. Per Northpoint Asset, Deborah Davis, Anne Wiley, Erika Harding, Jacqueline Garcia, Jose Garcia, & Amanda Garcia Kirwan everyone has mice & insects. I BEGGED for them to repair the evaporative cooler in March, sent a 5 day repair in person, certified mail, emailed, texted. They refused & ignored me. They sent someone the same day Code Enforcement was coming. We didn't have heat the first night because the ventilation for the heater & water cooler were not up to code. Deborah said she would bring us space heaters & never showed up. She offered $150 for a hotel for 4 adults & baby. Later the owners say they told her to give $319 not $150. I guess the $169 was for Deborah to keep along w/the $200 they gave her to have the yard & house cleaned, along w/the $200 they gave her to replace a door she claimed to replace but didn't. I have several pictures, emails, text, videos, recordings, & witnesses. They lied to me & lied about me. When I brought issues to their attention I was met w/defensiveness, nothing was their fault, they didn't know, it was my fault somehow, it was the owners fault. Their actions & behavior were abusive & cruel. I found temporary housing for my kids but I am homeless. My stuff is in storage & I'm staying at various places until I find a home. I will never rent again due to this experience. The only truth Deborah Davis told me was that she loves wine, cocaine, & Trump. If you don't have money to repair your home DON'T RENT IT OUT!! I know I'm not the only one they have mistreated. People may be afraid to speak possibly because they are being harassed & intimidated like I was. You have rights, there are laws, speak up. I've already heard from 2 others who have had similar experiences but were threatened with lawsuits of slander if they spoke up. https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0uGrq0zwiqXKX9

I am going to give you two reviews. The short and sweet and then the details that someone like me…read morewould want when trying to learn more about someone. Short and sweet. I generally dislike dealing with a realtor. They are right up there with car sales people to me. Jentri and her husband, Evan, are so far from your standard realtor team, it is impossible not to like them! The effort and care that they put into every single client impresses me so much and makes me respect them greatly. They are almost instant to respond, no matter where they are or what they are doing and many times they are putting their clients needs over even their own to make sure that deals close and nothing falls through. I realize that is what realtors are probably supposed to do, but when I say they go above and beyond, they blow anyone I have ever worked with or heard about, out of the water. Detailed. I already said I don't like working with realtor(s), so when my husband finally gave me the OK to start "looking" at possible new houses, I went out on Saturday on my own to view open houses of homes I was interested in - without a realtor. Who needs one of those?! That is when I met Jentri. She was hosting the open house that day at one of my then favorite homes and was so personable, friendly, professional and non-pushy, I liked her immediately. We talked about what we were looking for in a house, our current living situation and how that worked into buying a new home and I really appreciated that she was not just asking so she could figure out if we were able to buy the house or not, but she had a genuine interest in our search and helping us. That was 6 months ago. In between then and now, we looked at I lost count how many houses, we were going to list our house, then not list our house and then maybe list it again! We wanted to buy in a certain neighborhood, but wanted a remodel in a certain price range. To put it mildly, I am very particular and at no time did Jentri or Evan get frustrated and at all times they worked so hard to get us whatever we thought we wanted at that time. After a month or so of looking and not finding exactly what we wanted (too old, too expensive, too ghetto, to noisy, you name it) we decided that we would switch completely and look into building a new home. Jentri immediately sent us a list of reputable builders in the Valley and made the very long drive to even meet us at the sales office of the builder and community we had picked. We ended up going with that builder and signed just a day or two later, picking our lot and home style. I think maybe a week later we had our appointment at the design center, where she also joined us. Having worked for a builder previously, she had great insight into building new and what options made sense and what did not. I left feeling confident that not only did we pick the right options for us to have in our new house, but we picked the ones that also made sense for best resale value down the road if we ever decide to resell the house. In the meantime, we had put on hold listing our current house and given our new build is not going to be ready until mid-2019, decided to wait until the beginning of the year to list it. Jentri and even explained listing at the end of the year is not the best time and we came up with a plan to list the house at the best time and to maximize excitement and get the house sold. A plan has never come together to smoothly! We listed on Thursday, held the open house Saturday and the house had a full-price offer by end of day Saturday. We closed just a few weeks ago - 32 days from listing to final signing. Even the average in the Valley right now is roughly 60 days - we beat that by almost 50%, boom! But seriously, the pointers and preparation they gave throughout the process was above and beyond. They really know what makes a house sell and how to execute on certain things. They are not afraid to be honest, they will work harder than yourself on your own behalf, but most of all they are genuinely happy people and that reflects in all that they do. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or stressed and I always knew I could count on what they telling me. They are well connected and also referred us to a great lending group (The Hendrick Team) who were able to beat the builder's rates and incentives by a good margin. You would be doing yourself an injustice by not using them.
