I would not rent from them or Tammy schembri. Tammy signed my name off a lease without my consent. When asked to provide paperwork with my signature she could not. My security deposit I paid went to the other tenant on the lease. Tammy texted me per legal counsel she will not response. Now a year later she is trying to call and get ahold of me. I had to get a new number because the other tenant was harassing me and now Tammy got my brand new number. Being a former Midwest transplant and living in the metro Phoenix area for 40+ years, he knows the background on neighborhoods. It was things like who was the builder? Who built finer homes? Where the schools are, where the traffic is, where the local hot spots are for food & shopping...he let us know based on the homes we were interested in. The end results of my situation ended because of lazy work and more of a fluffed up sales approach than paying attention to details to help me aquire the property. Because of this, both my credit score and my partners credit score were effected negatively because care was not taken to handle the situation more intelligently. I followed their instructions with faith and asked questions to multiple reps to gather a picture of the possible outcomes but was either told "please refer to this person because it's not my department" or ignored entirely because my situation was not a priority to them. I would not use this company because you are nothing but a number to them and they do not care enough to put in the work for you properly. read more

If you notice, all the good reviews are from business so I am sure they treat business well but tenants aren't a priority. My husband, who suffers from valley fever meningitis and is in a wheelchair, and I were not able to find an place by the end of our lease despite looking every day and applying multiple places. We asked if we could stay a couple of weeks longer if necessary because we were having difficulty finding a place. It took forever for them to reply but about 5 days before the end of the lease we were finally told no. Both of us are high risk for COVID 19 so rather than leave in the street we shad to stay since they were not planning to rent the property after we left. Long story short we kept them informed on a daily basis on our progress in finding a new place and in the day we were scheduled the walkthrough the out a eviction notice in our door even thought they knew we were leaving and subsequently got a judgement for $5000+ including late des even though we offered several times to pay for they time we were there and they refused. Overall no commission or caring about tenants but only for the owners and where the money is coming from. Sure they will treat you good if your a business but do you really want to do business with those kind of people that have know sense of helping others when they can. I am just disappointed in there business ethics. read more

Amy Maynard is the BOMB Home sales in our Tatum Ranch Cave Creek Neighborhood were somewhat stagnant We listed our house in Cave Creek with Amy and sold it in 3 days for what I believe 2year later is still a record price!! Amy gave honest feedback about what we needed to do to sucessfully prepare for viewing. She was always present in details after signed contract. The sale proceeded to closure with NOT one single hitch. We were so impressed that we recommended our neighbors who were unsucessful in selling their house with a HIGH profile agency list with Amy. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Beware, they spend your money freely and stick you with outrageous bills for nominal repairs on your property. I would have loved to be the tenant, but as the owner, it was an unending stream of aggravation. My husband & I were in the process of purchasing a few rental homes in Scottsdale. We had an agent but he just didn't seem to be in touch with our needs. We decided to just drive around and look at properties ourselves. We found a property we liked and called the listing agent who jetted out to show us the property, within 15 minutes of our calling. It didn't fit our needs but from that point on KELLY HENNESSY began finding properties for us to look at that were exactly what we were looking for. She got us into contract on 2 properties but that's when her outstanding skills began to surface. First I must say that we have 16 rental properties and we have purchased many many houses over the years. We have NEVER had an agent who worked so hard for us. We've never had an agent who was so thoughtful, persistent & good negotiating nor an agent who walked us through the inspections that needed to be set up, negotiated with the seller's agent after the inspections. She found a person to take care of issues that need to be addressed while we headed back home. She found a carpet cleaner, set that up & met him there. She found someone to move a washer & dryer for us, and actually the list goes on & on. Then she found us renters and met them at the property, did all the paperwork required and worked diligently to get them into the house, while we enjoyed time off. She is an excellent communicator & seems never to be away from her phone and our questions at all hours of the day. Truly, we can't say enough about her. We were blown away with her abilities to handle all aspects of the transaction. She's is hands down, the best agent we have ever had and she is so very very nice. Back in August 2014, I David Hixon, of Can Do Home Repair Inc., was hired by Soo Hyun Ju of RE/Max Fine Properties, located in Scottsdale, Arizona to do a buyers/sellers response from a home inspection. I have completed the work that I was hired to do and submitted an invoice to be paid. As I have been working with Realtors for over 17 years, I generally give 6 weeks for closings for payment. I have given Soo Hyun Jo over 2 months to pay the invoice. With multiple attempts of contacting her for payment, I have received no response, on the rare occasion when I have used a different phone from a different Realty office to contact her, she answers just to find out who is calling and she gives me empty promises of payment. She tells me that she will be putting a check in the mail. After 4 months of her lies, I contacted her broker Sandy Karpen of her unethical actions. I was able to speak to him once after multiple attempts via voicemail and email, he asked me to send him the Invoice and that he would look into the matter. After the Invoice was send, I have been unable to get in contact with Mr. Karpen. He has continuously avoided my calls which I have left messages for the last three weeks. I would highly recommend that any contractor/ventor to avoid dealing with this company, for their unethical and unprofessional business practices. I don't want to see anyone go through the headache that I have been through and continue to go through. read more
