DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Gregory Remmes License # BR628841000 and Mary Cusumano License #SA658927000. They are unethical and unprofessional! Glorified used car salespeople. Mary left the house unlocked and alarm off for two weeks because she was "late for an appointment". Locking and arming the house was specified in the listing agreement. She's a complete moron. They are bad news! read more

Mary Cynthia Cusumano is currently my listing agent for my Scottsdale, AZ house and I am very pleased with her services. Mary is very accommodating and knowledgable. I would not rent from them or Tammy schembri. Tammy signed my name off a lease without my consent. When asked to provide paperwork with my signature she could not. My security deposit I paid went to the other tenant on the lease. Tammy texted me per legal counsel she will not response. Now a year later she is trying to call and get ahold of me. I had to get a new number because the other tenant was harassing me and now Tammy got my brand new number. Very unprofessional and I have email threads dating back that my name wasn't signed off the lease when she said it was. read more

My husband and I have never met a realtor that takes the time Ken Malach does with his clients! Being a former Midwest transplant and living in the metro Phoenix area for 40+ years, he knows the background on neighborhoods. It was things like who was the builder? Who built finer homes? Which communities offered both 2- and 3- car garages? Where the schools are, where the traffic is, where the local hot spots are for food & shopping...he let us know based on the homes we were interested in. And he was so patient with us, taking time to review 5-10 homes at a time off the website. In this process, he gained a clear view of the home and neighborhood features we were seeking. We were preparing to visit in 3 months, and we really appreciated the time he took to make us comfortable in the process! It was like he could "see" behind the walls in terms of quality based on the original builder and original build date for a used home, which was what we were seeking. He informed our decision, without making it for us, and in the end, he helped us close on our dream home! read more

We recently moved from California to Fountain Hills, AZ. Our wonderful CA realtor Tracy Gurzi recommended we use Mary Cynthia Cusumano at Re/Max Fine Propeeties in Scottsdale. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary! From the first encounter, we experienced service far exceeding any exoectation. She assisted with recommending a wonderful contractor, Good Guys Drywall, Jovhani who did a phenomenal job on our remodel. She recommended we use Chad Denny for our mortgage, another fabulous recommendation! She went over and above board by keeping us in the loop with the remodel. She helped, as well, finding furniture we might like and orchestrating arrival times so we were to have a great move! Looking for a realtor who truly cares, then Mary Cusumano is the one. 10 stars! read more

The end results of my situation ended because of lazy work and more of a fluffed up sales approach than paying attention to details to help me aquire the property. Because of this, both my credit score and my partners credit score were effected negatively because care was not taken to handle the situation more intelligently. I followed their instructions with faith and asked questions to multiple reps to gather a picture of the possible outcomes but was either told "please refer to this person because it's not my department" or ignored entirely because my situation was not a priority to them. I would not use this company because you are nothing but a number to them and they do not care enough to put in the work for you properly. read more

BEWARE!! Spoke with miriam mcguire yesterday and the moment she learned my husband was a Veteran and using a VA loan she said there was NO REASON for HER to show us HOMES and cancelled the list of homes we scheduled to look at. She said we would not be able to purchase a home. BEWARE VETERANS! Do not use miriam mcguire nor remax. read more

The lady in the office Emily has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Lady has called me a liar 2 times when she was 100% wrong. Treats you like your a waste of her time and not a paying customer. She had received two checks asked me for the direction I give her the direction she asked for she does the complete opposite and calls me a liar This company should be absolutely ashamed to employee someone like this. Despicable. read more

If you notice, all the good reviews are from business so I am sure they treat business well but tenants aren't a priority. My husband, who suffers from valley fever meningitis and is in a wheelchair, and I were not able to find an place by the end of our lease despite looking every day and applying multiple places. We asked if we could stay a couple of weeks longer if necessary because we were having difficulty finding a place. It took forever for them to reply but about 5 days before the end of the lease we were finally told no. Both of us are high risk for COVID 19 so rather than leave in the street we shad to stay since they were not planning to rent the property after we left. Long story short we kept them informed on a daily basis on our progress in finding a new place and in the day we were scheduled the walkthrough the out a eviction notice in our door even thought they knew we were leaving and subsequently got a judgement for $5000+ including late des even though we offered several times to pay for they time we were there and they refused. Overall no commission or caring about tenants but only for the owners and where the money is coming from. Sure they will treat you good if your a business but do you really want to do business with those kind of people that have know sense of helping others when they can. I am just disappointed in there business ethics. read more

Amy Maynard is the BOMB Home sales in our Tatum Ranch Cave Creek Neighborhood were somewhat stagnant We listed our house in Cave Creek with Amy and sold it in 3 days for what I believe 2year later is still a record price!! Amy gave honest feedback about what we needed to do to sucessfully prepare for viewing. She was always present in details after signed contract. The sale proceeded to closure with NOT one single hitch. We were so impressed that we recommended our neighbors who were unsucessful in selling their house with a HIGH profile agency list with Amy. Guess what...they also sold their house immediately for great price. Amy know her job!! read more

I had the pleasure to work with Susan Hall from Remax Fine Properties and she has been nothing short of a wonderful! She was extremely helpful every step of the way. My boyfriend, daughter and I were looking to rent a house, and after speaking with her at 9am, we were approved by 1:30pm. I met with her briefly after work and she was so sweet! She made me feel that she genuinely cared about our situation. I plan to recommend her to any friends and family. read more

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Beware, they spend your money freely and stick you with outrageous bills for nominal repairs on your property. I would have loved to be the tenant, but as the owner, it was an unending stream of aggravation. They were hardly ever reachable and it was nearly impossible to get a straight answer when they screwed up. read more

My husband & I were in the process of purchasing a few rental homes in Scottsdale. We had an agent but he just didn't seem to be in touch with our needs. We decided to just drive around and look at properties ourselves. We found a property we liked and called the listing agent who jetted out to show us the property, within 15 minutes of our calling. It didn't fit our needs but from that point on KELLY HENNESSY began finding properties for us to look at that were exactly what we were looking for. She got us into contract on 2 properties but that's when her outstanding skills began to surface. First I must say that we have 16 rental properties and we have purchased many many houses over the years. We have NEVER had an agent who worked so hard for us. We've never had an agent who was so thoughtful, persistent & good negotiating nor an agent who walked us through the inspections that needed to be set up, negotiated with the seller's agent after the inspections. She found a person to take care of issues that need to be addressed while we headed back home. She found a carpet cleaner, set that up & met him there. She found someone to move a washer & dryer for us, and actually the list goes on & on. Then she found us renters and met them at the property, did all the paperwork required and worked diligently to get them into the house, while we enjoyed time off. She is an excellent communicator & seems never to be away from her phone and our questions at all hours of the day. Truly, we can't say enough about her. We were blown away with her abilities to handle all aspects of the transaction. She's is hands down, the best agent we have ever had and she is so very very nice. She's a pleasure to do business with. read more

Back in August 2014, I David Hixon, of Can Do Home Repair Inc., was hired by Soo Hyun Ju of RE/Max Fine Properties, located in Scottsdale, Arizona to do a buyers/sellers response from a home inspection. I have completed the work that I was hired to do and submitted an invoice to be paid. As I have been working with Realtors for over 17 years, I generally give 6 weeks for closings for payment. I have given Soo Hyun Jo over 2 months to pay the invoice. With multiple attempts of contacting her for payment, I have received no response, on the rare occasion when I have used a different phone from a different Realty office to contact her, she answers just to find out who is calling and she gives me empty promises of payment. She tells me that she will be putting a check in the mail. After 4 months of her lies, I contacted her broker Sandy Karpen of her unethical actions. I was able to speak to him once after multiple attempts via voicemail and email, he asked me to send him the Invoice and that he would look into the matter. After the Invoice was send, I have been unable to get in contact with Mr. Karpen. He has continuously avoided my calls which I have left messages for the last three weeks. I would highly recommend that any contractor/ventor to avoid dealing with this company, for their unethical and unprofessional business practices. I don't want to see anyone go through the headache that I have been through and continue to go through. read more
