I debated all day how to pamper myself on my birthday. I was given a door hanger for a special on a massage and I decided to call. Very nice gentleman answered and I was able to book an hour massage . When I arrived I was greeted and offered tea and water and escorted to the area of the spa that I felt I was in Europe. I met my masseuse Sandra... I LOVE her. She needed no direction and I think at one point I fell asleep. Sandra was EXCELLENT and this is coming from a person who does treat herself regularly but I travel from place to place as I have not found the perfect pampering massage, until now!!! Please visit Sandra and this Spa they do offer other services so visit them online All I can say is and a Happy Birthday to Me. Oh and the best part well 2nd best part I can reuse my coupon !! I will be back and I will keep recommending this spa outside of Yelp too read more

I ran in here with my kids right when they opened hoping to getting an appointment. I was able to grab an opening thanks to a client that had to cancel. Tara cut my son's hair and my daughter's hair. They both look great. She took a lot of time perfecting their cuts. The salon itself is gorgeous. I thought bringing my kids might be uncomfortable, but everyone was very friendly. I look forward to going back for myself in the near future! read more

These ppl are not just hair stylists, they're artists! Love my new highlights and cut! Modern and natural looking. Worth every penny! My last set of highlights from andrei napier lasted a few months because they looked good even while growing out. read more

Andre Napier Salon - Awesome interior in andrei napier salon. While getting highlights here wanted to ask if they can design my entire my house lol - Hair Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Beautiful salon, awesome pedicure, awful hair. Went there to get a balayage came out with orange hair and maybe 5 strange color highlights on the top of my head that don't go past my ears. Had to dry my own hair and was not asked if I was pleased with my hair. After getting the dye washed out of my hair I was basically on my own. Would not go back to get my hair done. Very disappointed. Total came out to $151 without tip. read more

I got the WORST no chip manicure of my life here. The very kind but inexperienced nail tech cut me three times between two fingers. One of the cuts bled the entirety of the manicure. She also glooped on the nail polish, which you never should do for a no chip. As a result, the polish on my thumb peeled clean off in less than 48 hours. Another finger lost all the polish within another few days. To top it off, there wasn't even lotion or a brief hand massage. DO NOT go here for manicure services. There are a dozen other options in the area that are better. read more

Terrible terrible terrible !!!! I went in for a root touch up on my bleach blonde hair. The color on the roots came out very yellow so you could see the difference with the rest of my hair and after applying the toner it came out even worse. My mother went in for a root touch up also on her gray hair, they had to REDO it because the color did not come out the way it should and they gray was still visible !!!! Not to mention the staff was rude. Id stay the only plus was my haircut by Rudina. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this place for a few good years. However, I will not be returning again after my last experience. I used to like the way they cut and styled my hair but the last person who did my hair was a lady I've never seen before (my regular stylists all left and I was not asked who I would prefer to have). This woman had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She was a completely inexperienced cutter and styler. She cut off way too much from my left side and back of my head and left it really uneven. I now have to try to hide the botched look by styling it so that it isn't visible. The best stylists they had are all gone. The owner is also rude and very unfriendly to customers. He has no manners and never greets anyone who comes in! It's shocking that anyone still comes here. I'm not surprised that their good employees have already left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Nice and very friendly personal. The massage there it's amazing, I love it... I just found this place, but I already promised to me that I'll have a massage there once a week:)) read more

Rudina gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I had no idea my hair could look like that. I just gave her a basic idea and she asked me if she could do different things with it. When I got home, my boyfriend (and my mother) just kept staring at me and saying, "You're beautiful!" I was able to style it in lots of different ways as it grew out. The salon itself is also gorgeous and very luxurious for waiting in. Rudina and Andre are both very friendly. Looking forward to going back. read more

5 years ago I had the best massage ever :)) so like this I become a permanent customer. Going there for everything from massage and spa treatments to hair cuts and manicure. Very amicably personal and good prices. read more

First time here! I received a spa package as a birthday gift which included a facial, a massage, pedicure, manicure and a blowout/hair styling. Along with that we received champagne as we lounged around in our fluffy robes. Amazing place. Really loved everything about it. Definitely recommend this as a gift for someone special in your life :) read more

Never ever again. This haircut is very uneven. Having short hair to lay nice it needs to be even not all jacked up. Sadly Rudina seems to be getting tired of her job. Very poor haircut read more

I have been going to Rudina at Andre Napier for over five years. I had always been cheap going to Hair Cuttery and places like that, but I got a VERY bad haircut from the Hair Cuttery in the Brickyard and needed a good fix and based on how incredibly beautiful the salon was, I tried them out. And Rudina gave me the best haircut I ever had. Over the years, I have gotten hundreds of compliments on my haircuts that I get from her. Knowing that I had a good thing going, I've been adventurous and gone from super short to long and back again more times that I can count. I have seen Andre do some beautiful cuts too while sitting in Rudina's chair as well. This place is the best in the city and you cannot find nicer people than Andre and Rudina. Oh, and Rudina's mom makes THE BEST COOKIES YOU WILL EVER EAT IN YOUR LIFE and they are always for sale. They could EASILY charge THREE to FOUR TIMES what they do. No one believes me when I tell them how much I paid for my hair cuts. Not that I want them to raise their prices, but I would gladly fork over whatever they asked me to. GO! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

I've been going to Andre & Rudina for 6 years now. Andre is definitely a master colorist and Rudina is brilliant at cutting and styling! Beautiful on the inside ad well. read more

Love this place. It's a hidden gem right in the neighborhood. Miriam does an excellent job with cut and color and the spa is amazing. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful atmosphere right inside Andrea Napier doors. read more

I was tricked by a radio ad regarding the professionalism of this salon. I decided to give it a try, i wanted to trim and color my hair. The only professional thing about this salon is the interior design. Andre is the one that cut my hair and both the coloring that was done and the trim was awful. It was done completely different than what I explained and I even showed a photo of what i wanted. The dye used in my hair washed out after a couple of weeks. I was supposed to have highlights in my hair which were basically invisible because my hair was all one color. Andre said that the highlights will come be more visible after a couple of washes, but of course that did not happen. I have been at many salons, but this has been the worst experience of them all. Do not recommend. read more

Very unprofessional to say the least. No receptionist so they let the phone ring. Lack of cleanliness & smelly towels. this place is so much closer to my home but I think I will stick to triccoci. Rudina (owner) had two other clients @ the same time as I so it was three hours of my time spent. She did not listen to what I wanted & just chopped away. Completely unhappy & will never return. One of the other clients was mad enough to say something & Rudina was unapologetic. They need EXTRA training in customer service alone. read more

I won't ever come back to this salon. I had an appointment for a facial and no chip manicure. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the facial was ok. I was hoping for more extractions but she was doing more of a cleanse. After my facial I waited about 20 mins to get my nails done. This is where it was a disaster. It took 2 hours just for a no chip!! When she was applying the color there was way too much oil in it that made it spread everywhere. Not only that but when she put the clear coat the lamp wasn't strong enough for it to dry. When she wiped if off with alcohol thinking it was all done, it took off the clear coat and made everything else worse! She made it seem like the product was bad, but she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I get no chip manicures every 2-3 weeks and never had this problem. Anyway once I was done I was trying to set up and appointment for my sister who also received a certificate. The owner was so rude to me because both weekends we tried to book were unavailable. So I told him just tell me what is available instead of me trying to figure it out. So once we figured out which day will work he tells me strictly that if my sister doesn't come he will not honor the certificate anymore! And starts waving his hands around!! This is already paid for!!! How can u tell me you won't honor it. How do you treat your clients like this and expect them to come back for future services!!??when he did my sisters hair he totally jacked it up and blamed it on her previous hair stylist.... all the highlights were so patchy and didn't match her current color.. avoid coming here!!! Not a friendly place and they don't know what they are doing here. read more

If you have short straight fine hair--you should run--not walk--to this salon and have your hair cut by Rudina! She is highly trained and experienced and you end up with a cut that requires literally no maintenance unless you want to jazz it up with some "product". It'll even look good when you first get out of bed. I am not joking. I travel a lot and I want to look good in the grocery store as well as the streets of Paris. I only go to salons where there is a stylist trained in point cutting--never a straight cut. It makes all the difference with short straight hair. Rudina is your gal at an affordable price in Chicago. If you color your hair, do that there, too. Andre is exacting, skilled and also very experienced. He listened to exactly the color I wanted and nailed it. He also executed a "shoeshine" technique without batting an eye. What a team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are world class--I assure you. read more
