You will not be protected and well represented if you hire them. They do not give you the correct advice. Their office is messy with tons of files on the ground. My review is based on my, unfortunately, very bad experience. My only recommendation is to avoid these solicitors.

We were forced to use them as our new lender appointed them to manage our switch to a new fixed rate deal. There is no direct access to a solicitor, it took multiple days for them to respond to an email or request for a call back, if they bothered to do so at all, and reception staff were incredibly rude. We were charged for things that had not been agreed up front or communicated as a change, charged multiple times for the same thing, and written communication was completely unclear. The delays in responding to queries resulted in us incurring charges both in terms of standard variable rate interest at 8.24% from our old lender AND a £77 per day delay fee from our new lender. They completely failed to acknowledge this and were obstructive and incompetent. Avoid at all costs!
