I have signed up to 8 courses and have already completed 4 of them, they have fantastic presenters and manage to pack in loads of information on the day. The council fund them to run these classes. Most classes run from 9.30-12.30 which is a shame as I would prefer it if they were run as an evening class because I have to keep taking time off work to attend them but other than that I have no complaints.

Absolutely not trustworthy, avoid them!…read more I do not recommend them at all ! They are not professional, they do not respect you and they only take your money. You will not be protected and well represented if you hire them. They do not give you the correct advice. Their office is messy with tons of files on the ground. My review is based on my, unfortunately, very bad experience. My only recommendation is to avoid these solicitors.

As far as Solicitors go, I found him to be extremely helpful. If you are like me - busy and impatient (!) - the fact that he e-mails back so quickly is a major plus. No-one wants big periods of not knowing with conveyancing. The only reason that I haven't gone with him for my new house sale is because we have moved cities but I'm almost wishing that I had done it anyway as I wait ages for a reply from current conveyancer! I can't recommend them enough

Business @ The Mitchell - as it's known as - can be found on the first floor of the Mitchell Library. It's very separate from the rest of the library, and has it's own section and information desk. As well as providing copies of industry magazines, some business reference books and directories - it also has it's own computer section. These computers are not for general use, however, they are to be used to browse the amazing online resources hosted by Business @ The Mitchell. Some of the services are available remotely - which means you can access them from the comfort of your own home - but others can be reached only from the Business Library itself. Plus, you need to register to use these services - so you need to make a trip down to the library the first time you want to use them. Once you're on the system, though, you will have access to demographic reports of all wards in Glasgow, business directories, business start-up advice, industry fact sheets and reports on industry trends - among many others. If you're in business already, or if you're in the process of starting up, then you'll find Business @ The Mitchell a really useful resource.

I wish by saying this I could mean that I am now…read morerunning an amazing, money making enterprise which I magically managed to create by snapping my fingers, clicking my heels three times and doing heapfuls of elbow grease. Alas, sadly, I cannot say this. However, I can say that a very close friend has now managed to set up a semi-successful business with the help of these lovely people and access to the treasure of resources that are holed up in this section of the Mitchell. I also suspect that the semi-success is only due to the nature of the business (and possibly - don't tell on me - some rather dubious business skills of said friend) being photography, and more specifically wedding, photography. Thus, if you are considering setting up a business please come here and soak up their knowledge and useful tips as opposed to harassing non-business minded friends to come up with fail-safe plans. Keep in mind, this is also a great place to spend an afternoon and have a rummage. You never know when it might be useful. I'm clicking my heels right this second...maybe just one more time for luck will be the trick...here goes.

The website is converting to the point where I will have to hire someone else and the ROI is paying for my website and my SEO campaign. I would expect the website to have paid for itself by the end of next 2 months. I would recommend WSI because of the professionalism shown throughout the process (in my case) and the fact they are experts at what they do. They may not be the cheapest, but they are by far the best digital agency I have ever dealt with and there has been quite a few.

Yes, partly my fault for not having an HPI check done but I still felt grieved. I contacted a Mr W David Doig of Raeside Chisholm Solicitors to ask where I legally stood on this matter. His response was extremely negative, "the company (finance) has done nothing wrong" was his reply and my only recourse was against the "original vendor, for what it`s worth". End of story as far as he was concerned. Not very encouraging! Undeterred, I contacted Citizens Advice who gave me some information that could help my case against the finance company. I then phoned two other legal firms in Glasgow but neither would represent me. As a last resort I decided to try my luck with an English legal firm. Bingo! They took on the case, and without me having to travel from Glasgow or present myself in any English court, they secured a refund of all of my money from the finance company. Thousands of pounds. Result! Moral......."Always seek a second opinion, or in my case a fourth!!"
