As far as Solicitors go, I found him to be extremely helpful. If you are like me - busy and impatient (!) - the fact that he e-mails back so quickly is a major plus. No-one wants big periods of not knowing with conveyancing. The only reason that I haven't gone with him for my new house sale is because we have moved cities but I'm almost wishing that I had done it anyway as I wait ages for a reply from current conveyancer! I can't recommend them enough
