When spoke with sales associate on the phone was told that the price didn't include BMW certification. The car is listed as certified on BMW site, on dealer site and even on carfax, which is false advertising. When called their sales manager, Dimitrios, I was accused of lowballing, interrupted when tried to explain my frustration in a very rude way. Very surprising to see this type of experience with BMW. It seems like they are not interested selling the car.

He didn't try to pressure or upsell us, instead, when we were finished he simply handed us his card and said he'd be available if we had any other questions. Collier has been family owned since 1961. There are long-term employees which we feel is an indicator of a quality company. Co-owner Jim, sales associates David and Todd, service manager Drew and team member Johnny, business manager Tabitha and other staff we encountered all made us feel that we'd been treated with honesty and respect and given a fair price.
