When we arrived, she managed her time well with wrapping up with a customer AND having the vehicles we were interested in, waiting for us to inspect and test drive. She found us an incredible deal! She hit every mark of our criteria. The team did a great job at being knowledgeable in getting is our WI plates with savings. Bill explained everything perfectly while we closed the deal. They didn't try to sell us on unnecessary extras. I would highly recommend Barb as a salesperson. They keep it real and make you feel welcomed.

I was told no, but clearly they had no idea how to remove run flats without destroying the tire. Thanks for nothing. BTW, one back tire for my car is $800 each. Lou Bachrodt is a JOKE as a previous review states. I also will never bring my vehicle here again.

Horrible communication, and customer experience negotiating and getting information about the car…read more Was promised the total price quote via chat, didn't get it until I called them several days later. When spoke with sales associate on the phone was told that the price didn't include BMW certification. The car is listed as certified on BMW site, on dealer site and even on carfax, which is false advertising. When called their sales manager, Dimitrios, I was accused of lowballing, interrupted when tried to explain my frustration in a very rude way. Very surprising to see this type of experience with BMW. It seems like they are not interested selling the car.

It's a disgrace, and I am surprised they have been able to exist as long as they have without BMW intervening. They charge a percentage if you want to use a credit card. They will overquote you on services you need that are not part of the manufacturer's recommended guidelines. Unaccountable service. If you leave your car, good luck - other than dealing with subpar customer service, you won't have any idea when you will get it back. There is no craftsmanship here: most luxury auto dealers will take care of your car and give it back clean - I found dirty fingerprints on my roof liner after the service. When told, they promptly cleaned it, but they never used gloves or something because I kept finding more. Just go to the city - you will save time, money, have your car intact, and get the real BMW experience. BMW, please save yourself from these guys.

Even though…read morethe man entered my vin and was literally looking at my warranties, he told me I'd have to bring it in and pay $165 for a full diagnostic to see what's wrong with my car.... To see if it's under warranty. I told Brian in the service department SEVERAL times to not do any work on my car until they consult with me first. If I didn't have any warranty coverage, I couldn't afford that place. At all. I told him several times while looking him in his eye. Red flag No.2: I couldn't get ahold of Brian for several days. Every time I called he was on the phone. I dropped my car off on Monday, got ahold of him Wednesday evening. All of the sudden I owe $450. Funny because I know I politely asked for them to consult with me before doing anything. Then he lied to my Dad and said I consented to everything. Which they knew was a lie because I did not have the money for that. Lou bachrodt is a JOKE. I would NEVER trust my vehicle here again.
