The next step was for them to have a sales person call us and discuss estimates for a new machine. In the meantime we discovered an on/off switch on the back of the machine. It works. Two weeks later I never got a call back. I disputed the charge. They fought that dispute. They must really want that $180.00 so when we called to ask for a refund for basically no services rendered, they insisted on sending someone out again. Another employee looked at the machine and said it works but we have to run it manually. I see no problem with that. We had him look at our thermostat that they installed years ago. I asked him to see about a warranty or replacement. He said a sales person would get back to us. Guess what? Nobody got back to us! I'm out $180 and nobody to check on a warranty for my thermostat! I filed a charge back again but they fought it and somehow won.
