I would give 5 stars but my vehicle was registered improperly which caused chaos when trying to refinance with my credit union and the finance dept. tends to get overwhelmed and struggle to return calls/emails in a timely manner. It's not a perfect world but the most important part is that they are willing to work to fix an issue and the buying experience was very pleasant. So I will start by stating I did not purchase my vehicle here but I only brought it in to be serviced because they are a ford dealership close to my house and I own a ford edge. We were unsure of the issue so we trailered my car here. They let us know what the issue was which ended up having to have computer replaced. So we agreed to have it replaced on Monday..of course the part had to ordered so by Friday they called and said it was done BUT all of a sudden every single part of the brake system needed to be replaced. On Monday they called and said 1 part needed to be replaced and it would be done by Tuesday...on Tuesday they called and said another part needed to be replaced and it would be done on Wed on Wednesday same thing! So on Thursday I was told my car was ready and ended up spending almost DOUBLE the price. Well, when I went in to pay and get in my car it was full of oil in my driver seat, steering wheel, the middle console and my door. I was almost in tears because they had already had my car for 2 weeks. I just paid a whole lot of money to them and they had to nerve to give me back my car so filthy from oil. Now I can say my car was not in tip top clean state but that was from ME. Not some worker who decided it was perfectly acceptable to return a customers car with not only oil stains but left a lipgloss in my seat and almost half a tank less of gas. The only reason I am ok with giving them 1 star is because when my husband did call up...obviously very upset they agreed to have my car detailed..which was done in 1 day and done pretty well. I would have been happy with them just cleaning up their mess and given me back my car. Also, when he spoke to different people he always said they were very nice. I just wish they would have workers to have sense enough to cover the seat with plastic and if they dont have it then at least clean the mess they left. I would never recommend this place for service to anyone. it was a nightmare. read more

Dear GOD, I wish I had read these before buying a truck. Did the same thing to me by changing the amount financed after looking me square in the eye and telling me the price had been adjusted. Both the salesman and finance manager assured me the price was adjusted to the advertised price. It was lowered by 40 bucks, not the 2000 shown online. Being a disabled vet and living on a fixed income this is hard to accept. My salesman, Mitch, said " I am a veteran too so I will take care of you" . I guess we don't see the world the same way. Terrible service. Had my daughter go there and we told them a limit on what we would spend and that we had some wiggle room. He went up 5,000 from my price and then said he knew we would have said that's not our wiggle room. His name was Mitch Castro, he is the guy who gives salesman's a bad name. If you are thinking of coming here for your new or used car, think again. Whole dealership is profit centered and doesn't care about your budget or needs and they do what is best for them, not for the customer. Buyer beware! Check your price before you sign. The salesman agreed to sell my dad a Chevrolet 2500 pickup for 26,500. Financing changed the amount (adding $850 to the total) and he didn't notice before signing. Once he noticed the mistake he called the salesman (who agreed it was incorrect) the manager said to come to the dealership to work things out. At the dealership they were unwilling to correct the mistake. I was just told me "sorry" you signed the paperwork. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so be aware that they are not honest and will take your hard earned money if you do not watch them carefully. read more

I took my truck in to have the steering looked at because it had a dead spot in it. Every time I called to check on the status, they told me they would have to check with the technician and call me back. They NEVER call back. I called and asked for the service manager...he was busy. It took them 4 days to tell me that my pitman arm nut was loose and needed to be tightened. They charged me $225.00 to tighten the nut. They said it took them 2.5 hours to do that. What a joke. Now my steering wheel is crooked. We will not be taking our vehicles there ever again. read more

After multiple email exchanges with Asst Service Manager Cliff Wright, now resigned. In email messages stated even though the issue was after warrantee, it was a design flaw. I was subsequently told Ford had approved the part and it was on order. Next message the part arrived but it was the wrong color, he was returning it for proper color. After no further response I called, "Cliff doesn't work here anymore". The new Assistant I guess said there is no record anywhere. After a few days of research, and discussions with service manager, we aren't going to honor these emails. Normally companies are responsible for the written word of employee representatives. Where should I start?!? My car was towed to Anderson on a Friday morning after a double blow out. I was told it would be 3-4 days for 2 tires and rims. Fine, that works. Then, David in collision, called to tell me I needed new struts. He neglected to tell me the parts would have to be ordered from Memphis. I called several times to check on the status of my car. I was told by the nice young ladies I would get a call back. I never did, except when David wanted to review my costs. 4 days turned into 2 weeks. Here is the absolute shocker. Jimmy Duncan, service advisor was so absolutely rude. First, he told me on the phone my car couldn't be picked up on a Saturday. I explained the car was paid for already (in cash). After my brother got on the phone to explain our frustration, Jimmy magically found my key and paperwork. However, he said, "don't spring a Saturday pick up on me". Once we got to the dealership, both my center caps were missing. As Jimmy was stuffing his face with Popeyes, he said, "I saw that". I was baffled by his unprofessional and lax manner. Jimmy knew we were on the way to get my car, why wasn't it taken care of? He kept shrugging his shoulders and even said, "I shouldn't be getting my ass chewed over this." Well then who should? He acted as if the paying customer was a burden to his day. After spending over $4,000 at Anderson Ford and dealing with poor/incompetent customer service.....I would have been happy with an apology and free car wash. No apology, no thank you, nothing! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Anderson Ford again. What speaks volumes is the motivation board displayed in the service department. Goal: get 800 man labor hours. Today is August 16 and only 256 man hours have been met.....I wonder if the level of service and rude employees has something to do what that? I am grateful my car was fixed but utterly shocked at the lack of employee gratitude. My father has an even better review to write- 2 months, thousands of dollars and the truck didn't start upon pick up. I recently went to this dealership. I walked out, and will never be back. my wife was very offended When her and my two daughters overheard unacceptable profanity coming form the corner office. The words my wife heard are something I will not repeat, It was a very rude and crude way to talk about your customers. We asked an employee walking by, who is the lady in that corner office? They said that's Angela ?, I do not recall the last name. they said she was the GSM. I can not believe someone would be allowed to talk like that. We will not be back. Criminal organization?? For your own sake, take your car/truck somewhere else. My work truck was rear-ended two months ago. We opted to have Anderson Ford make the repairs because they're local, they're a Ford dealer, and that's where we bought the truck. So they took pictures of the damage (busted tailgate, dinged up around tail lights) and submitted a quote to United Insurance (the insurance company of the fellow who hit me). Two weeks ago, they received the check and I took my truck up there to begin what was supposed to be a 2-4 day repair. No problem. Two weeks later (today), we FINALLY get the go-ahead to come pick it up. When we arrive, David from collision tells us that they had made additional repairs (totaling over $1,800) that United Insurance has not paid them for, therefore we can't have the truck. They COMPLETELY neglected to approve these additional repairs, and are now holding my work truck as ransom until they get paid by the insurance company who approved no such work. On top of that, he asks US to call United Insurance to try to persuade them to send Anderson Ford another check! As an air conditioning repairman in South Texas, in the middle of summer, this has really done damage to our company, as we have been minus a service truck for two weeks now. So we talk to the owner of the company, who IMMEDIATELY sides with his incompetent repair manager WITHOUT even listening to our side of the story, and then proceeds to ask us to leave. I always try to conduct my business as a gentleman and have never been 'thrown out' of any establishment in my life. He made no attempt to apologize or even care. On top of this, WE look like we're in the wrong to the uninformed bystanders. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that my company has to suffer because they performed extra work on a truck with NOBODY'S approval. This should not be legal, we've bought several vehicles from this place and get treated like absolute crap. Stay away from this place. read more

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. The service department lacks in customer communication. I made an appointment online to have my vehicle checked and repaired. I arrived prior to my appointment and they had a hard time finding my paperwork. The appointment was at 8 a.m. At 10 a.m. I started noticing that people who had arrived after me were getting their vehicles back and leaving. During this time no communication from the service department. At 11:30 a.m. I went to the desk and asked the status of my vehicle. The person at the desk said she would check. When she came back she told me the technician as working on it now. I asked why now and she said because I had customers who needed oil changes. I almost fell over. So, I quess they were more important than I was. Then she said do you just want us to stop. I said no I need it fixed. What could I do? So I went and sat down and about an hour later a salesman came by and said what's going on you've been here awhile. I told him what happened and he just shook his head. He left and then about 5 minutes later the service person came and said we found the problem. Here is the quote. $847.00. Wow! And by the way we don't have the part we will have to send out for it. Go figure! So now I'm left trying to find a ride home. This is a story I will tell everyone I meet. Poor customer service. So, please don't use them or give them any business I would hate for this to happen to you! Update 4/28/2017 was told my vehicle would be ready today and I would receive a call between 4:15p.m. And 4:30 p.m. Didn't happen. What the heck? read more

i wouldn't give them a half or 1/8 of a star. lets start with sales, i wanted an expediton and was told by mike the sales manager ( rude) that i would need a couple thousand down, even though i had good credit and have never put a down payment on a vehicle, so i went to randall reed ford in humble and walked out with a 2017 ford 150 4x4 with 6" lift..lol.. no money down... lithium gray ( it is awesome) service: adam the service manager is rude and doesn't even know what he is talking about , there is a chase and robert there that needs to go back to elementary school and learn how to get along with others and not butt in where they are not needed, since they are nothing more than a front office cashier. the body shop is awesome ( miss kay) she is the only one there that is sweet and helpful and gets her job done in a timely manner ( no complaints on her) but she works for anderson( thats the down fall) both of my trucks 2017 f150 and 2016 deisel 250 was flooded in the storm. they left the trucks setting in the back of their lot with water setting it and ruined the trucks. they were not going to be totaled, but andesron ford thought we would be purchasing new trucks there(wronggg). so instead of them taking responsibilty on letting my trucks just set there and get worse, for two weeks without even ripping the carpet out..they decided that the 250 should be totaled (fine) ill go back to randall reed. anderson called us and told us to come pick up our trucks because they are refusing to work on them , even though they have been setting there for 21/2 weeks with nothing done on them.. they ruined our brand new trucks, water didnt even get on our sets, just wet the carpet, but since chase can't seem to do her job, she let them set there and get more damange.. i smell a law suit (any takers) i even have pictures right after the flood and the flood line wich was below my sets in both trucks.... beware of anderson ford,,, shisty and crooks.. and they jacked the parts and labor up almost 3/4 of the reg price since it was flooded..i hope god spreads his rath on you anderson ford in cleveland texas read more
