I went to O'Reilly's on Washington Ave. in Cleveland, Tx. and asked for help. The young man went outside, opened the hood and put in the needed brake fluid and found where my air filter had not been put in properly and also fixed. I asked how much I owed. He said nothing ma'm. I did some research of my own and concluded the battery was the issue and I went back into the store. I explained to another employee what my issue was, he ridiculed me and basically said he was not going to sell me a new battery. I took my truck to AutoZone on the other side of the freeway and changed my battery for a new one! I explained my situation to them and they said they get a lot of customers like me coming from O'Reilly. It's unfortunate having to deal with people that don't want to do their job. I will continue to take my business to AutoZone.

He also alerted us of some issues with the worn tires and referred us to Discount Tires. People in this town need to be aware this gun shop guy is ripping you off on ammo. So assume that's more than double for any round your after. Livingston is not a quick trip to a more reasonable priced vendor and he's exploiting that. Guess he should have never just assumed at some point, a non native Polk County resident, combat military vet and educated person would never walk in and see this con job. Your shop is one hour from the 4th largest city in America. Your costs and access to endless resupply is not justified what you're charging. This is not Alaska or a deserted island. You're smack dab in the middle of fruitful supply chains buddy.
