Texas Truck Accessories - Window tint and 2 tone ninyl wrap. Perfection.

Texas Truck Accessories

I purchased a vehicle and noticed that it didn't have tinted windows. Let's check the carfax and…read moresee where this vehicle is from. California! It must be from Northern California because no tint in the South equals a mobile air fryer. I checked all the local recommendations and came across 2 mobile tinters and this one very local tinter. Of the three individuals, the local guy had on his timeline multiple showings of him winning tinting competitions. I didn't even know tinting competitions were even a thing. With this "Trey Tints" individual being up the road, essentially, I decided to contact him. Honestly, I contacted all 3 individuals, but Trey was the most responsive. I opted to keep things local and pass by where he worked, Texas Truck Accessories. Meeting Trey, he was professional and polite. One thing that sold me on using him for the tinting process was him not trying to upsell me on the more expensive tints. He told me not to waste money on the other tints because my vehicle would do fine with the basic tinting options. Trey also explained what "lifetime warranty" really meant. He explained that tint will start to fade after 5 years and possibly need to be replaced in 10 years. Most people don't keep their vehicles for over 10 years, so they consider 5 years of good tint a lifetime. He also ensured that he clarified what legal tint was versus illegal tint. He had you make the choice. I set my appointment and came back during my allotted time. Coming inside this business, it's a basic accessories shop to me. They have many options for upgrading trucks, but then again, this is Texas, and trucks rule the streets here. Based on the seating accommodations, I believe they would prefer you to drop off your vehicles and come back to get it when they finish. It is 3 lawn chairs in the corner of the business with a few magazines to read. I was told that the installation could take up to 2 hours. I was also told that he doesn't rush his work. I guess tinting OCD is a good thing. I was also told that if I used a card, their will be a surcharge added to the amount. Keep in mind that this business is not open on weekends. You will only get serviced Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. After 2 hours and 30 minutes, I had a newly tinted vehicle. Since this is my first tint experience, and outside of those lawn chairs on the waiting area, I don't have complaints. I'll let them have all 5 stars.

Went in to purchase a Truck. Drove two hours out of our way. Our sales man was fantastic and we…read morewere in and out in four hours. On the way home the check engine light came on. They had already closed so we continued home. I called them the next day and informed them. Their sales Manager Brandon called me back and told me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealership and they would "Help get this taken care of". There were major repairs that needed addressed and we were also informed that the truck had blatantly obvious signs of an extreme engine fire. They never informed us of an engine fire before purchase. The dealership was able to pull up the digital records to show the dates the codes were cleared off the vehicle. Right before we bought it of course. After the dealerships communicating back and forth regarding the repairs and issues and Kramer failing to reach back out to me. I had to reach out multiple times to Brandon. He was very accusatory and belittling. He accused me of lying about circumstances regarding the state of the vehicle and miss understanding him. He would not honor his word. He was such a weasel. Again our salesman was awesome but Brandon made this cozy small town dealership feel like we did some sleazy Craigslist deal. I won't buy from here again and I'm telling everyone I know not to purchase from here. Buyer beware!

Our experience with this dealership was extremely unprofessional. The sales director, Brandon…read moreRobinette, was condescending and rude--calling our friend 'lady' while dismissing reasonable questions about pricing. He refused to explain why wheel locks were being overcharged ($365) compared to the Toyota dealership website (less than $40) and questioned why we requested a $4,620.73 discount related to dealership add on options and overpricing compared to other market options, ultimately saying he couldn't do business with us. This behavior, combined with an unwillingness to negotiate or provide transparent pricing or diagnostic history, makes this dealership untrustworthy and not customer-friendly

Great place to buy from if you don't care about service after the sell! Their response was they'd have to call their rep to figure it out, I could haul it back to them (2.5 hours one way and they would look at it or I could pay a technician to come look at it. I understand I bought an extended warranty. However, I'd had the trailer less than 24 hours at that point. Additionally, I hauled my trailer home from the dealership (2.5 hours) and as soon as I got into my town, the trailer came completely out of the receiver on my truck. No hitch pin in sight! Obviously they didn't put the keeper in when they hitched the trailer to my truck. When you've worked very hard and wanted to own another travel trailer for many years, it should be exciting to finally reach your goal. Instead, the first 10 days were nothing but stress and disappointment. The lack of concern for me, my safety or my satisfaction with my purchase are frankly astonishing and unacceptable. You may find another review on another site where I stated they were great to work with. Be advised, that review had to be given at the dealership prior to me leaving if I wanted a free hose!! I never dreamed I would regret that. In good faith, I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. Ultimately, I had to pay out of my pocket to get the issues fixed. It wasn't a blown fuse or a tripped GFI. Yes, they turned on the hot water heater during my walk through. However, no water was run to ensure it was indeed hot. It engaged at my campsite but it didn't heat.

This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. These 5 star reviews on here are being created by him or people he personally knows so his overall rating doesn't go down which puts him further down the list of quality mechanics on yelp and he knows that. He needs a full rebrand and restructure of the way he handles people and his business. You're better off finding someone else.
