The person in charge to schedule an appointment called Annette was not nice from the first time I spoke to her. First she scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/13/2021. When I called her back to provide the parking instructions, she mentioned to me that they do not do their job on Mondays. How could I guess? She also said that the company workers will call me prior to arrive. Well nothing of that happened. When I shared the above with H.D. supervisors in the store, they denied knowing that company. But from where I would have known them if not through H.D.? That was not promising. It was a nightmare to purchase blinds at H.D. from the moment those people left my home. After selecting the colors and decided what to buy, I was glued on the phone for days and spoke to hundred people at H.D. I came to the conclusion that H.D. is not any longer the same quality store I knew years ago. It changed a lot. I won't recommend A&J Blinds Inc. to my best friends. Make sure that H.D. would know who they dispatch to you when they offer a company to measure your windows. Yes it is tricky business and not transparent. One star is well enough!

I final had one emailed today even though they are supposed to be mailed to my house. They never followed up on my concerns and they didn't seem to think it was a big deal that I was inconvenienced.
