It took the crew about a day and a half to install our windows and clean up after themselves and bam they were gone and all 17 windows looked great. They had one young man inside with a vacuum cleaner cleaning everything. We got our 1st full months electric bill and July was hotter than last year and we used less electricity this year and our bill was about $30.00 less than last years. That sounds like money in my packet and that is the way I like it. Quality Business-Thats my kind of business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I was unable to be there for the first sales appointment, so they came back & showed me their windows again! The order only took about 6 weeks to fill & they installed right away. Installers did a great job and even re-set the dining room table after they finished cleaning up! Overall this was a great experience & I highly recommend them to everyone!

We did not have to pay for their mistake.) Ultimately, the new doors were ordered and installed correctly after several more weeks. BUT this is because our project had their best contractor/installer (Anthony) on it. Anthony did a fantastic job, and was apologetic for all the issues (obviously, he personally had nothing to apologize for - but his employer does). The local supervisor/foreman quit the same day he visited with the new installer, and realized the measurements were incorrect. The installer (nor us) had any idea the foreman was about to quit (after abt. 4 months on the job); but he inherited all the problems. At no point during this time, did anyone from Pella management (in Dallas) bother to contact us, provide more context, or just as a basic courtesy. They were entirely hands-off, leaving all the issue to the local office, which is apparently in bad shape. To Pella North Texas: SHAME ON YOU. This is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. 100% Stand-up for your product/service. Don't just leave your employees/crew and customers blowing in the wind. To Pella Corporate: If your associates who operate at the local level can't get their act together, then perhaps you should consider pulling your license/sales agreements... assuming you care about your brand. Case in point: We will never do business with Pella (any location) ever again.

She is super knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the best windows and doors for my situation. She is also a pleasure to be around which makes the process that much easier. Tyler and Coby came and did the walk through for accurate measurements and asked very detailed questions to make sure that everything turns out perfect from beginning to end. I feel very confident that what I ordered will be an exact match and a seamless project from beginning to end. So glad I came to Pella!

He quoted window replacement (for a significant amount less than an out of town company quoted a couple years ago), skirting replacement, and replacing a couple of siding panels. There was a miscommunication about the scheduled start date and they were short some skirting materials that extended the finish date. The crew (Henry and Greg) were polite, considerate, and skilled. They never left the house open - as quick as they pulled a window out they had a new one in - and even though they couldn't finish the skirting they used other material to keep the underside closed until they did finish. And the trim they installed around the inside of the windows looks great! Dave came by when the work was done to inspect the job and collect the check, waiting until the job was all the way finished to ask for payment. I will recommend D & B Ultra Exteriors to anyone that needs windows, siding, or skirting.

I have been using Prestige Roofs for my personal homes for about 20 years give it take a couple…read morebut, after becoming a Realtor at Keller Williams about 3 1/2 years ago I was introduced to a whole other side of the Residential & Commercial Roofing Business. This is when I discovered how vital having a close friend and a competent roofer can be in today's real estate market. I listed over 40 homes in the past 12 months and every single house must as part of the inspection has to have a roof inspected and not all inspectors have a go to but having Mr. White on speed dial has proved priceless. We all like to keep to our schedule but my schedule is anything but predictive and that's where Darron is so valuable because with as little as a couple hours notice he has dropped what he's doing to go and give me an assessment on one of my roofs and many times that's all it is, it is merely him taking an hour out of his day to go properly deliver me a roof inspection and come back and tell me Rex that house does not need a roof. I've always been able to count on him to be honest and trustworthy and have never had another roofing company or an insurance adjuster dispute his findings and his honesty which is vital when trying to build value into a home you have listed or that your buyer is purchasing. I honestly Consider him a partner and a vital part of my success thus far in the Real Estate World. Over the past 12 months I have reached out to Mr. Darron White over 65 times resulting in over 40 or more total roof replacements or repairs necessary to make sure the buyers insurance will cover the clients roof at closing by gettin it to an insurability status. If you are a realtor in today's market and you don't have a partner like Darron your job is much much harder than it has to be. I just make one call and I forget about it and there has been 2 times one of them today when I called Mr. White and told him I was closing on Monday and he's putting the roof on tomorrow So it will meet then dead line set forth in the contract so we can meet the closing schedule, Now this was done while he was trying to enjoy vacation with his family. Darron has yet to ignore one of my calls since my first 20 years ago and for this I am grateful!!! So if you need a partner Prestige is you pic. From my personal house to my clients houses Prestige is always my Pic. After Calling Mr. White/Owner for an estimate on some hail damage I had received after a significant storm out in Highland Oaks in Lubbock Texas, He quickly came out assessed my roofs situation and was very knowledgeable about what roof was previously on and what I should go back to better protect my home in the future. I was a little surprised that the owner himself took the time to come and visit with me but I'm glad he did because he was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. What I found impressive was Mr. White was willing to take my calls at any time and not only took the time to explain the situation but to explain it in a way that I could understand where I was at ease. The work they did was done quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with the way his crew gave special attention to detail and extra care so as not to damage any landscaping or vehicles. Also their attention to detail during the cleanup was something I did not expect. Since that time I have used Mr. White on numerous occasions and continue to refer him to all of my clients that have any roofing or construction needs in Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Make the call you will not be disappointed. Rex Andrews Realtor KW
