5 Stars - Life-Changing Care from Dr. David Valle…read more I've been seeing Dr. David Valle at True Health & Wellness for the past 9 months, and the difference he's made in my life is incredible. When I first came in, I was dealing with lower back, hip, and foot pain that was affecting my training and daily comfort. Dr. Valle took the time to understand my concerns and created a thorough, personalized treatment and workout plan. Thanks to his expertise and care, I've not only been pain-free--I've been injury-free. I was able to train for and complete a half marathon feeling strong, confident, and without any issues. That's something I couldn't have imagined before starting treatment. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend Dr. Valle and the team at True Health & Wellness. Thank you, Dr. Valle!

I've been seeing Dr. David at True Health and Wellness in Tustin for about six or seven months now,…read moreand the improvement I've experienced has been incredible. I came in with serious back, neck, and hip issues--some from childbirth, some from working a sedentary job--and within the first month and a half, I saw major progress. Dr. David is extremely diligent and takes the time to truly understand what's going on. He listens, explains, and adjusts care based on your specific needs. I've never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I've also never felt pressured to come in more than needed--his focus is genuinely on your health and healing, not on sales. My lower back pain is now minimal, and while healing takes time, I have full confidence I'll be back to 100% with his care. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. You can tell the team knows their stuff. Highly, highly recommend!

I am 8 months pregnant and my legs and feet are getting swollen and sore. I walked into Orange Thai…read moreMassage hoping for a foot massage and they were able to quickly accommodate me for a 45 minute session. They provided extra pillows for me so I could lay comfortably on my back for the service. The massage was wonderful and they were generous with their time, I did not feel rushed or like the service was cut a few minutes short like I often feel at other places. The masseuse was friendly and asked me about my pregnancy and wished us happiness and blessings. I was very happy with my experience! On my way out I booked an appointment for my husband for his birthday next week.

I had one of the best massages of my life here. She did a good job using different ways and techniques go massage my shoulders, neck, and back. She quickly identified the problem areas and knew that the right side was worst and tighter than the left. The pressure was just right and the 60 min went by so quickly. I found the price to be fair for the quality of massage received. It's a no frills kind of establishment and you go in and out for your massage without them bugging you about signing up for a membership or something. I will definitely come back more often. Parking: free and plenty in the lot

I've been dealing with a sniff neck so thought I would stop by on a Friday evening. I got there…read morearound 8pm and noticed the place in the middle of the mall already had 2 people being worked so went to the actual location near the bowling alley. They weren't busy at all, in fact, the lady was sitting on a chair at the entrance playing with her cell phone. I told her I'm dealing with a stiff neck and told her 15 minutes. Shee offered table, but I opted for chair. Might have been a mistake I think I would have been more relaxed on a table, but whatever. She did a semi-deep massage, really working on the knots in my shoulders. 15 minutes honestly seemed like a long time. Because it's a mall, and it's right near the children's play area, it's not quiet. No problem, I knew that so was ablet to tune it out. However, about 5 minutes or so in, she started to have a conversation with someone in her native language. I didn't mind the language part, but I'm trying to relax while this other conversation is going on above me, and they're laughing. The massage itself was OK. Don't expect a massage like you might get with a licensed masseuse at a day spa, but I did feel better afterwards. When the 15 minutes was up, she goes "5 more minutes?" As I was actually feeling pretty good, I said OK. I knew it was only $5 more, so why not. After the 20 minutes, I paid cash and gave her a nice tip as it's a couple days before Christmas and I was feeling generous. One thing I noticed is they don't have water or anything after the massage. That's something that's important after your muscles have been worked on for a while. If they sold water, I probably would have bought a bottle. Overall it wasn't bad, except for the conversation going on above me that I couldn't understand.

TERRIBLE! STRAIGHT UP SCAMMERS…read more My mom and I were at the mall shopping around and decided that my mom wanted a massage. We were simply looking at the little station they have in the middle of the mall not committing to anything yet. Out of nowhere one of the men working there approached us with this really thick accent that i could barely understand. He then proceeds to touch and massage my mom's shoulders. It was like he was trying to show us that her shoulders were stiff and that she needs a massage. The way he approached not only us, but other mall goers was really strange and uncomfortable. He would come up and touch everyone it was creepy. That should've been my first red flag. Before the massage even began he up-sold us to getting a 30 minute massage as oppose to the 20 minute we wanted. This was another red flag. As the massage was happening my mom had to tell this man that the way he was massaging her was hurting. I'm not sure if these people were licensed professionals or not. From what I was seeing they could've been random people off the street for all i know. This resulted in the man being switched with another one of his shady coworkers. Not even half way thru the massage the same man from earlier who i am assuming is the boss comes over and asks my mom if she wants to add a foot massage. Not being an english speaker she says yes and I can see another one of his workers putting on gloves to start the foot massage. However, seeing this i stepped in asking my mom in our language if she wanted a foot massage and she said no. When i told this to the man he insisted that she said yes and i had to repeatedly tell them no. Seeing that I was pissed they didn't proceed with the food massage. So shady how they try to add things to make it seem like their severities are complimentary. As i was waiting they repeatedly asked me if i wanted a massage and that a couple minutes would be free. I know for a fake these dirt bags would charge me. The distasteful nature of this crap business doesn't end there. After the massage, we decided to tip only $5 (they deserved nothing). The massage was already overpriced at $40, but after receiving the money the man had the nerve to give me a disgusted face and exclaimed "only $5 dollars?" He then points at a little sign saying that at least a 20% tip MUST be included. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF THIS BEFORE THE MASSAGE! Extremely shady and trash business. Save your money. I'd rather burn money than give to these pieces of trash. 0 STARS
