All the therapists here are very welcoming and nice. All very bright personality. I think that also made my son bright too. Made him so much comfortable to gain back his confidence. Can't describe in words how much we needed this. My child is very sensitive and also outgoing and loves people. Wants to feel loved and want to be known. She made my child feel so loved. We are gonna miss her so much!!! Ms Maddy told me he was ready to graduate but honestly, I wasn't really ready to completely cut off our session. So we slowly did. And it was our final day and he graduated. Her loving care and teaching was definitely needed for my child. I'll forever be thankful and definitely highly recommend this place for everyone! I have chronic pain, fatigue, and autoimmune diseases, and I started going to Maxum for TMJ. I no longer have issues with my jaw, and I've been treated for several other issues since (tendonitis, scoliosis, arthritis, pulled muscles, surgery recovery, chondromalacia). I was able to return to sports I thought I could never do again. Bryan is a compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner. He's an expert in his field and meets you where you're at. Our daughter was born three months prematurely with some developmental delays and struggled to gain weight after we brought her home. We had the hardest time finding immediate care and were fortunate to find Yvonne. Our daughter made noticeable progress in a short amount of time, and Yvonne gave us so many practical tips and fun strategies that we could easily use. Feeding therapy can be such a challenging area to find good support in, and we feel so lucky to have found her. I had to get my occupational health screening completed at this particular Concentra and I was…read moresurprised by how efficient the experience was. I super appreciated how little I waited from the moment I got checked-in until I left the facility. The MA who took care of me from start to finish was a gold-star MA. She was not just efficient, but proficient with administering injections and venipuncture. I'm a hard stick and also used to train MAs and phlebotomists. I wholeheartedly wish every MAs are like her. I wish I remembered her name because she really deserves a shoutout. I don't know of any other Concentra that's as coordinated as this location because I was there for less than an hour for all that I needed done. The drug screening took very little to no time even when using the wonky eScreen. The physician came in very quickly to complete the physical itself once all the specimens were collected and the immunization were administered. Just for comparison, my previous experience at a different Concentra location took me a whopping 4.5hr for a visit completion. So I was fully expecting to be stuck there for hours too. Also, the facility is extremely clean and well kept. Parking is free and aplenty right in front of the entrance. Anyhow, if I ever have to get anything done related to occupational health again, I would definitely go out of my way to visit the Placentia location in the future.

So after waiting over 1 week I took the form back to the original treating dr and 3 days later it was ready to pick up, then you have to mail it. Ridiculous!! Go somewhere else.

When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me with the checking in process. Everything was simple and straight forward, which I appreciated it so much. When I stepped in the room for the treatment, Julia escorted me inside and asked several questions regarding my symptoms. She listened to me very patiently and wrote notes. After that, she brought some tools to do some tests and whenever I started to have pain, she immediately stopped and moved on to the next test. She was very considerate and professional while determining my condition. During the treatment session, she kindly explained what we're going to do in each step and made sure that I wasn't pushing too hard.
