His amazing wonderful patience OT therapist Michelle is so wonderful with him he loves coming to his sessions with her. She always greets him with a happy smile. My son has Down syndrome it can be challenging for him sometime when he needs to come to his sessions but have a OT therapist like Michelle Makes it so much fun. He has come along way with Michelle she has taught him to brush his teeth on his own with a bit of some challenges but she doesn't give up. He know him very well and this brings me so much joy knowing that we have a person who truly loves what she does and feels so proud when my son reaches a new goal. It's not easy to find office that have great therapist and people in the field that truly wants to see their patients grow. I don't know what I would do if for any reason we would have to change therapy locations. I feel truly blessed to be part of AHPT. I get regular updates about each of their progress through phone calls and reviewing reports that are completed after each session through their online portal. Anakaren, Miriam and Alma have all super helpful is finding availability, cancel or adding sessions and answering any questions you may have. Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. She has helped him so much and continues to help him accomplish milestones every session. She has best patience of any therapist that has worked with my son. I finally convinced my dad to see a physical therapist after he had been complaining about shoulder pain for a over year. Dr. Kang was able to totally fix the problem in a few sessions. My dad really liked how the PT sessions were not rushed, that everything was explained in a way that was easily understood, and particularly the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Kang and his staff. My mom hurt her wrist while walking the dog, and she also went to Dr. Kang because of my dad's positive experiences. She was able to regain full functioning of her wrist due to Dr. Kang's efforts and knowledgeable advice. Dr. Kang even provided my mom a personalized regime of strengthening exercises which she still uses today.
