Jim & Kris and the Anchor Point team were great to work with. Jim patiently provided estimates for several different options for the roof of our condo building. Jim answered all of our questions and Anchor Point provided the best warranty of the companies from which we obtained estimates. We ended up choosing a layover with Anchor Point and it looks great after installation. We trust that the work will last for many years and we are comfortable with Anchor Point monitoring it with periodic inspections. read more

Jim and his team were great in helping us get our roof repaired and sealed. Jim was able to give us a honest and thorough inspection of our roof and a reasonable quote for repairs. We needed some gutter work done in conjunction with the roof repairs and Jim was able to recommend and coordinate efforts with the gutter company. The Anchor Point crew were efficient and thorough and left the job site clean. We are exceptionally pleased with the whole experience. read more

jim came over to estimate rehooking up our cable wires and he wound up doing it himself. It was so minor that he did it for no charge. he also did a quick complimentary roof inspection and he told us our roof looked fine. I can certainly vouch for their honesty and will look to them again if I have any other roofing issues. read more

Our HOA used Anchor Point for three separate projects. Repairs to our main roof, silver coating to our main roof, and a complete roof replacement for our 5-car garage roof. In all cases Jim and his team were great to work with. The work was done very well, in a timely manner, and within the budget we were quoted. Communication was great. They cleaned up everything nicely and left the areas cleaner than when they began. We have been very happy with their work. read more

Worked with Jim who came out and found the leak on our flat roof. Gave an estimate that focused on the problem and did not add extraneous stuff to the quote. Not the lowest price, but with a roofer it's important to trust that they know what they are doing, have been around awhile, are not just trying to sell a job. Jim was easy to communicate with and was professional in all our dealings. His crew came the next day after signing the contract and did an excellent job sealing the areas around the leak. Well done. Very professional roofing company. I felt good about using them. read more

WHEW, we are just now on the other side of what turned out to be a really tough roof replacement with 3-5 layers of shingles to tear off, surprise slate shingles at the bottom, surprise almost falling-down chimney, messed up vent stack, and more. Jim, Mark, Josue, and the whole crew stuck with it and helped coordinate with others who needed to come in, including a quick and affordable masonry referral. The weight they had to pull off the roof is ridiculous, no doubt the house is breathing much easier now. Jim was super ready to answer all of my questions and talk things through - huge for me. This was a really intimidating and large project, and I feel so much more comfortable when I feel well-informed, probably to an annoying extent. I chose to believe him when he said "I love questions!" and never felt different throughout the process. On top of all that (and big part of why I initially chose them), they were SO thoughtful about protecting not just my space but my neighbors as well - even got a text from my neighbor about how great they were. Mark is fully in his element chatting it up and great at smoothing things out as we dump loads of crap into neighboring yards, and Josue and the crew were all over it. Amazing job cleaning everything up, and they will be back to finalize once I resolve my vent issues at no additional cost. So, similar to other reviews - awesome customer service and communication with lots of detail and context, very careful about protecting and cleaning space, and hopefully a roof I don't have to worry about for a long, long time (heaven help me). read more

Excellent, knowledgeable, fair, and honest roofers. Very professional providing outstanding workmanship and follow through. They did some repairs to my roof and provided the before and after photos which were so helpful. I cannot stress what a pleasure it has been dealing with them. When my husband and I asked whether we needed a new roof, Jim said, in his evaluation, we did not need a new roof and might not need one for three, four or more years. It is rare to find any tradesperson to be that honest. I will and have recommended Jim at Anchor to friends, family and neighbors. read more

Jim and his team are amazing!! From the moment we contacted his company to request a quote, through the completion of our roof repairs it was such a smooth process which I did not expect. Every person we were in contact with at the company (office & roofers) gave us the best customer service! Above and beyond is definitely an accurate statement. Jim helped me through some insurance paperwork even after the project was done! They are very honest, punctual, detailed, and have competitive and fair pricing. I contacted several other companies who came out and provided us with quotes and recommendations but our initial experience with Jim and team was so exceptional that it wasn't even a question. I will be using them for all my future projects. Highly recommend them!! read more

My second great experience with Anchor Point Roofing. Fast, professional work. Highly recommend!

Anchor point did a great job on my roof. They diagnosed the problem with a drone, they offered multiple options for repair, and they completed the repairs very quickly. It just rained, and there was not leak. I think they fixed the problem. Frankly, I think these guys are fantastic. When it comes time to fully reshingle the roof, I'm calling Anchor Point first. I also recommended them to my friend who had just moved into his first home, and was looking for a roster of contractors. read more

When I received multiple quotes to resurface my roof, Anchor Point was the most responsive company and most value for my $. They were extremely thorough and transparent on what needed to be done sooner and what may need to be done in the future. Scheduling the work was easy and they were flexible, it was completed on time and when they said it would be. I've recommend them to friends and everyone has had a great experience. read more

When recently having our roof assessed, we received the best customer service from Jim. Didn't get to work on the project yet but will in the future. Thank you so much and look forward to working with you. read more

I highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing. Anchor Point Roofing worked closely with me on every detail concerning my new roof. I was provided a detailed estimate and they went over everything with me. They answering any and all questions to my satisfaction that I had. They are patient, providing excellent customer service. My roof was finished in 2 days. They did an excellent clean up during and after the job. After the work was finished-they were not! This company will make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. I had estimates from other companies that did not even take the time to come out and view my roof that were thousands of dollars over Anchor Points estimate which was right in the range I thought it should be. I cannot more highly recommend this company. read more

I wish I could give negative stars, as trying to use their services has resulted in even more damage to our home. First, came with a drone instead of a ladder despite me explicitly specifying that a long ladder is needed to access the roof. That drone "inspection" was as one might expect a complete joke and resulted in no new information after "analyzing" the footage for a week. Then said would come with a ladder, but never did, only stringing me along for over a month - from one snow melt to another, with each one resulting in further damage. Would not recommend. EDIT: My nasty email for reference and calibration of facts: "I've decided to go with a company that takes less than two months to schedule an appointment." So, dear owner, your time will be better spent fixing your scheduling and being upfront with your clients if and when you can do the job, rather than justifying your failures by noticing the obvious fact that people are much more likely to leave a negative review if they're unhappy than leave a positive one if they are. read more

The slew of 5* ratings are warranted! I had 3 companies that provided a Quote and Anchor was by far the most thorough. Jim was the only one that got on the roof to inspect and itemize the work needed...substantiated with pictures. Then, through good schedule fortune, they were able to do the work the next day even though they projected a week out - fortunately, it was minor repairs and everything fell into place for them to stop by. Don't expect that every time as they are busy but, in my case, were able to work me in. They provided pictures of the fixes made as well. Well done! read more

Oh boy, could I write a novel about how amazing it was working with these folks. Not only was their quote to fix my flat roof (which required redoing the entire roof) very reasonable compared to the 3 others I got, but everyone, and I mean *everyone* was an incredible communicator. Jim was super clear on what would need to be done, and created a professional and detailed SOW that made it easy to see what was going to be done. Kris (the office coordinator) was always giving me updates, which were especially helpful since we were doing this roof work in the winter and naturally ran across delays due to weather. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process a complete breeze. Their invoicing & quoting system was also super easy to work with, which I feel is an overlooked quality in a company. Anchor Point has obviously invested in ensuring their customer experience is top-notch. The team lead Jesus was the star of the show, though. Always on time (never super early, and never arrived later than the time Kris said he would be there), was fantastic at communicating (which was especially helpful as we figured out how they were going to get up to our roof, a non-trivial task given how our 3-story row house is constructed w/ multiple decks out back), and did an amazing job of taking care of our property as the work was being done. They cleaned up everything wonderfully, and frankly put another reputable company to shame with the strategy they used to take the debris off the roof (as the other company said they would likely need to build a chute from the top of the roof which would run about $10,000...). Jesus just got a ladder w/ a pulley on the end of it and hoisted the debris down in bags. Simple, effective, and no added cost to me. It blew my mind how easy of a solution that was after I had been led to believe it would be a huge ordeal. And to top it all off, Jesus and one of his team members Jeronimo were kind enough to come out to the house on their day off (due to 9-degree weather) to check out a dripping sound we had heard from the fireplace. Turns out ice had built up in the metal chimney and had started to melt! Jesus brought the chimney down for me to see so that I could understand the problem, and when they came back to finish the work after the weather had warmed up, they helped resolve the issue by wrapping insulation around the chimney. Overall, as someone that's had a lot of focus on customer experience in my own career, I couldn't be more appreciative of the entire Anchor Point team and would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Thanks again! read more

Anchor Point did a great job on my home. Would definitely hire them again. Jim came quickly to do an inspection on a Saturday after I initially reached out. He provided a free quote with video, photos, and annotations detailing the exact work that needed to be done. Format was online and very professional. Even though this wasn't a huge job there was no sales pressure or upselling at all. Their team showed up to do the work earlier than expected, and performed all work without needing any access to the interior of my house. Their final invoice included before, during, and after photos of their work. They left the jobsite super clean. I wish all contractors operated like this. read more

I hired Anchor Point to replace my north and south facing flat roofs on my townhome in October 2022 and highly recommend them. I got quotes from several other contractors, but chose Anchor Point because of how thorough their quote was, their responsiveness, and reputation. The owner, Jim, is an absolute professional and was really patient and communicative with me from start to finish. He encouraged me to ask questions and took time to educate me on the work that was being done. His team, led by Jesus, was on time every day and was super professional and friendly. They respected my home and cleaned up at the end of each day, and also made sure I knew what they were doing each step of the way. The finished the job sooner than expected and even came back after the job to help me with questions I had about installing a fence and deck on top of the new roof. Honestly I cannot recommend them enough, they went above and beyond on the job and I will definitely use them again in the future! Happy to provide photos and more info on the work I had done in case you are considering using them. read more

We had Jim from Anchor Point Roofing come out to inspect our roof that was leaking in multiple places, and to bid for the project. Jim was extremely responsive and his attention to detail was superlative. Their quote was very detailed, everything was backed up with photographs, and their pricing was very competitive. Jim was patient with all of our questions as we got all three condo owners on the same page. Jim was kind enough to accommodate us in their busy schedule given the active leaks on our roof. The project manager and the project team that came out to do the work were extremely knowledgeable, and they did a fabulous job fixing our roof. The end-product exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend Anchor Point Roofing! read more

Anchor, especially Jim were great to work with. Had several quotes, Anchor's was very fair and reasonable - communications through out the project were very good. No guessing/wondering, always keep me informed. Roofers were very considerate - started first on the garage roof, as not to disturb the house until later in the morning. They were professional and efficient, roof(s) look great. Couldn't be happier - would highly recommend Anchor ! Thanks Jim!! read more

I highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing. Jim and his team were very professional, provided us options to consider on project scope, communicated very well, and were able to schedule and execute the project quickly once we confirmed scope. Ours was a three unit condo building with a peaked front roof. We found Anchor Point as they were completing work on a house on our block and those neighbors gave Anchor Point high marks / a strong referral. We had received a few other quotes before finding Anchor Point. Jim's team flew a drone over our building that day to provide a quote for the project. The team cleaned up the property after each day of work, provided comprehensive photos of the work performed and final product for us to review at project's end, and Jim was always readily available for any questions we had. I would definitely work with Jim and Anchor Point again. read more

My first call to Anchor Point Roofing was for leaking sky lights. I took the opportunity to upgrade the sky lights to include automatic shades. There was a problem with one of the shades and Jim personally came to my house to fix it. It was a manufacturer issue but he took personal responsibility to ensure it worked and that I was happy the result. I was so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that the first place I called when I had a roof leak several years later was Anchor Point Roofing. Once again, I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. They found the issue quickly and repaired it. I strongly recommend Anchor Point Roofing for repairs or renovations. read more

My husband and I had a leak from our rooftop deck into our office below. Our condo association ended up choosing a roofing contractor other than Anchor Point for this project, but this was in no part due to Anchor Point/Jim's professionalism/expertise.
