We were told it gets water tested before delivery... you would think they would check everything. we were excited to get it in the water and found the depth finder didnt work.. went in and they said they would schedule someine to look at it.. waited another 2 weeks because the one guy had deliveries to make and he wouldnt be in my area.. when he finally came to look, he was friendly but low and behold we have to order another part. currently waiting on a transducer and if that isnt the problem they will have to order another depth finder. who knows how long that will take! I would think when you are spending 70 grand on a new boat it ahould be usable. This is absolutely ridiculous, and a Disgusting way to steal from a customer during a pandemic, while he was literally unable to physically to come pick up the boat. Disappointing Service Experience--Three Years Running…read more After three consecutive years of having my boat serviced at Mr Outboard, I can no longer recommend their service department. Here's a summary of my experience: Year 1: Routine service and winterization. When launching in the spring, the bilge pump activated after five minutes. Service rep Vinny laughed and suggested we forgot the plug. Told him plug was in. He stated he must have cracked out hull then--turns out, the impeller clean-out seal was improperly installed. I ended up buying a $900 borescope to diagnose it myself. Year 2: Same service, with a promise of a thorough check by two top techs. Launched the boat, and the oil pressure light came on almost immediately. Vinny again responded dismissively, saying we must not have let the boat warm up and we cracked the engine block--blaming us for the problem. Found the oil filter O-ring in the hull--clear evidence the promised checks weren't completed. Year 3: Boat trailer and cover were damaged during service. The general manager, Greg, promised to resolve it but never followed up despite multiple calls. After posting a review, Marty (damage control) called and offered a partial reimbursement ($1,450 of $3,548 in actual costs) with the explanation that they would not cover the full amount due to their own financial losses. I was told pursuing the rest would cost more in legal fees than it was worth. Despite assurances, Mr Outboard failed to stand behind their work or take full responsibility for the damage they caused. I would strongly caution others considering their services.

I had a 5+ hour drive home that same day and specifically requested that the wheels be balanced and the one bad tire be replaced. Initially, they declined to do what I requested. After speaking with my dad over the phone, they agreed to replace a tire. However, once I got home and we removed all four wheels, we discovered that the tire they replaced was not the tire that actually had the issue. They had also added a significant amount of wheel weights to the problematic wheel without explaining this to me. All four of my Michelin tires had been balanced within the past year and previously only had a small amount of weight on each wheel, so seeing that many weights added to a single wheel was concerning and appeared to indicate an issue with that tire. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. The staff appeared to focus on some existing cosmetic damage to one of the rims and suggested that may have been the cause of the vibration. They also informed me that the problem would not be fully resolved, which left me wondering why the actual source of the vibration was not addressed. The steering wheel shake disappeared for roughly 350 miles after I left, then returned. I understand they were likely trying to help me get home safely, but I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that the root cause of the problem was never properly addressed. For an emergency situation where I was relying on their expertise, the communication and diagnosis were disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. Given that I was dealing with an unexpected issue while traveling, I appreciated that they got my vehicle into the shop right away and worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. My disappointment is not with how I was treated personally, but with the communication and the fact that the underlying issue was not properly identified or resolved.

The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad. My advice to you is pay the $10 at Kwik Trip because you will pay for the same amount of service for a third of the price.

Fogged immediately on me once they released the jeep. This manager should be fired I called the owner and reported him. Definitely not a way to treat customers.

She pays attention to detail and seems to enjoy cleaning (strange but okay). She showed up with all of her supplies and didn't need me to provide anything. I left her to it and before I knew it, my whole house was clean. What I didn't realize until later is that she didn't stop where you couldn't see anymore like some other places do. Behind the furniture got done, under the couch and inside the couch had been done, and many things I didn't think of were taken care of. I hate dusting. All my picture frames had been cleaned. I wish I could hire her every day.
