We were given a delivery date and when that date came it turned out they were missing a part to install the engine. took 2 weeks to get. We were told it gets water tested before delivery... you would think they would check everything. we were excited to get it in the water and found the depth finder didnt work.. went in and they said they would schedule someine to look at it.. waited another 2 weeks because the one guy had deliveries to make and he wouldnt be in my area.. when he finally came to look, he was friendly but low and behold we have to order another part. currently waiting on a transducer and if that isnt the problem they will have to order another depth finder. who knows how long that will take! I would think when you are spending 70 grand on a new boat it ahould be usable. Verry irritating process and the lady at the counter could be a little nicer/ understanding. we all know wisconsin boating season is short. id like to use my boat this season and i only have weekends to do so. oh.. and who closes on a monday?? super irritating.

I would not go there again. Wausaukee wi 54177

Disappointing Service Experience--Three Years Running…read more After three consecutive years of having my boat serviced at Mr Outboard, I can no longer recommend their service department. Here's a summary of my experience: Year 1: Routine service and winterization. When launching in the spring, the bilge pump activated after five minutes. Service rep Vinny laughed and suggested we forgot the plug. Told him plug was in. He stated he must have cracked out hull then--turns out, the impeller clean-out seal was improperly installed. I ended up buying a $900 borescope to diagnose it myself. Year 2: Same service, with a promise of a thorough check by two top techs. Launched the boat, and the oil pressure light came on almost immediately. Vinny again responded dismissively, saying we must not have let the boat warm up and we cracked the engine block--blaming us for the problem. Found the oil filter O-ring in the hull--clear evidence the promised checks weren't completed. Year 3: Boat trailer and cover were damaged during service. The general manager, Greg, promised to resolve it but never followed up despite multiple calls. After posting a review, Marty (damage control) called and offered a partial reimbursement ($1,450 of $3,548 in actual costs) with the explanation that they would not cover the full amount due to their own financial losses. I was told pursuing the rest would cost more in legal fees than it was worth. Despite assurances, Mr Outboard failed to stand behind their work or take full responsibility for the damage they caused. I would strongly caution others considering their services.

He's knowledgeable about Lund Boats and helpful with choosing accessories. Brad in finance was able to secure an amazing rate on the boat. I was able to complete the entire transaction online and over the phone. I'm impressed with their dealership and I look forward to servicing my boat there.

I recently brought my boat in to have the bunks replaced on my trailer and asked for any other…read moreissues with the trailer to addressed. I dropped my boat off on Monday and picked it up on Friday giving them the week to fix all issues with the expectation that all issues would be fixed. When I picked my boat up, they replaced the bunks, but simply listed other issues (bearings leaking grease, tires low on tread, guide on broken) rather than fixing them? Odd, but I figured I'd survive. They charged me $518 to replace two bunks... $384 in labor, seems a bit steep, but I figured it'd be done well and should last at least a few years. Two trips after the bunks were replaced the carpet had worn through on the bunks. I messaged Aaron who asked me to send a photo. I sent the photo and he told me that I likely "dry loaded" the boat which caused the issue. I told him that wasn't the case, and asked if I should expect the carpet to only last two trips? Regardless of how it's loaded I can't imagine this should take place with brand new carpet. To me it appears the bunks should be angled differently as the carpet is wearing on the top edge on both sides. Aaron has since not responded to my messages. I personally would not bring my boat here again. The carpet itself was listed at $30, so rather than taking a $30 hit and replacing it, I've been ghosted. I would recommend going elsewhere.. Every other place in the city was too busy to fit me in, but if I were you I'd wait an extra week or two to get your service done correctly.

In one word, RUN. There are many other places to get your boat repaired in Oshkosh, please do so…read more brought My boat in for a miss fire in spring they found that my fuel filter was never changed. Also suggested I do a tune up. $1800 later. Boat ran fine all summer. Went in to winterize this fall and they suggested I do a tune up ? had the Platinum winterization package, what a joke. suggested I pull the motor and do preventative maintenance (boat has 340hrs). when I said no they wanted an Additional $300 to put the drive back on, why isn't that part of the Platinum pkg? when I picked up the boat they left tools in the engine bay. I checked the oil and I question if they ever changed the oil as it was dirty and it looked old. I'm sick over the fact that I paid another $1800 for winterization and an impeller change. Cross my fingers in spring if the boat will run
