Very special attitude to help the customer with everybody employed here and it is an employee owned company. Highly recommend for service and sales. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. We travel 10-12,000 miles 6 months of the summer so having our motor home totally functional is top priority and Bayside Outdoors keeps us that way when we are in Door County. I still told them the next day I was interested and offered TWICE to put a deposit down. I was just waiting for them to explain how their own free winter storage offer works. (Heads up, you still have to pay for shrink wrapping). Product knowledge is terrible. They argued with me that some models don't come with the padded floor tiles until I pulled up their own sales brochure and showed them that they do. Then they magically found them. After days of waiting for a simple answer on winter storage, they never responded and instead took a deposit from someone else yesterday and sold it out from under me. Wasted a trip from Wausau, wasted my time, and terrible communication throughout. There are too many good powersports dealers in Wisconsin to deal with this place. Sounds like others are having similar experiences based on the reviews.

We ended up finding my husband's boat that he has always wanted which was more than we wanted to spend. While there I found a used SXS that caught my eye. So i called my local credit union and they worked some magic and we walked out proud owners of two toys. Well after the sale.... BUYER BEWARE!!! We contacted them for an owners manual for our boat which we were the second owners as previous owners didn't leave it on boat. It took about six months to receive the manual after truly like six phone calls following up on it and we ended up buying the engine manual as they would not provide on. Upon first voyage with the boat we realized something wasn't working with the Garmin fish finding that they installed for the original owner. We actually talked to the person who guaranteed it was working when they took it in before resale. They had actually installed the wrong transducer and installed it wrong for that fish finder which made it not work properly... so there is no way it ever worked right so they never actually tested it. However we contacted Garmin it was under warranty and they explained why it wasn't working and that they lied to us. The stern light was broken when we got it home and they wouldn't make good on that either. We dropped a lot of money there and truly asked for what was promised in the sale and nothing more. They truly fought us every step of the way. I will never do business with them again and warn anyone... just go somewhere else. Look at their reviews.

Bob the salesman was kind, and he explained they had a charging cord for the F150 Lightening. Paul one of the owners then tried to make buying the cord part of the "deal" without changing price? As I drove away confused and with NO counter offer, I was told they were sorry and they were lead to believe that they would negotiate on price. But they did not and would not. Disreputable in my opinion and would not respond to my email after the visit asking questions, why not?!. Do NOT recommend.
