purchased a gently used pre-owned tab320 last year from Bayside. salesman was easy to work with and…read moreshowed me everything I needed to know as a new owner. almost too much I formation, as he spent a couple hours going over the jobs and outs of my new-to-me camper. Had some trouble with the battery, which was eventually fixed (upgraded, but at a slight cost for service). Service has been helpful and knowledgeable over the phone, and has been able to advise me a couple times over the last year when I ran into questions and needed fast answers. This is our third time Bayside Outdoors has been there for us when we were in dire need of immediate service on our 38' motor home. Ted serviced our Aqua Hot in 2018 when it would not function, replaced our transfer switch/surge protector and yesterday replaced our Inverter that was fried due to bad electricity at a campground. Very special attitude to help the customer with everybody employed here and it is an employee owned company. Highly recommend for service and sales. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. We travel 10-12,000 miles 6 months of the summer so having our motor home totally functional is top priority and Bayside Outdoors keeps us that way when we are in Door County. We ended up finding my husband's boat that he has always wanted which was more than we wanted to spend. While there I found a used SXS that caught my eye. So i called my local credit union and they worked some magic and we walked out proud owners of two toys. Well after the sale.... BUYER BEWARE!!! We contacted them for an owners manual for our boat which we were the second owners as previous owners didn't leave it on boat. It took about six months to receive the manual after truly like six phone calls following up on it and we ended up buying the engine manual as they would not provide on. Upon first voyage with the boat we realized something wasn't working with the Garmin fish finding that they installed for the original owner. We actually talked to the person who guaranteed it was working when they took it in before resale. They had actually installed the wrong transducer and installed it wrong for that fish finder which made it not work properly... so there is no way it ever worked right so they never actually tested it. However we contacted Garmin it was under warranty and they explained why it wasn't working and that they lied to us. The stern light was broken when we got it home and they wouldn't make good on that either. We dropped a lot of money there and truly asked for what was promised in the sale and nothing more. They truly fought us every step of the way. I will never do business with them again and warn anyone... just go somewhere else. Look at their reviews.

Disappointing Service Experience--Three Years Running…read more After three consecutive years of having my boat serviced at Mr Outboard, I can no longer recommend their service department. Here's a summary of my experience: Year 1: Routine service and winterization. When launching in the spring, the bilge pump activated after five minutes. Service rep Vinny laughed and suggested we forgot the plug. Told him plug was in. He stated he must have cracked out hull then--turns out, the impeller clean-out seal was improperly installed. I ended up buying a $900 borescope to diagnose it myself. Year 2: Same service, with a promise of a thorough check by two top techs. Launched the boat, and the oil pressure light came on almost immediately. Vinny again responded dismissively, saying we must not have let the boat warm up and we cracked the engine block--blaming us for the problem. Found the oil filter O-ring in the hull--clear evidence the promised checks weren't completed. Year 3: Boat trailer and cover were damaged during service. The general manager, Greg, promised to resolve it but never followed up despite multiple calls. After posting a review, Marty (damage control) called and offered a partial reimbursement ($1,450 of $3,548 in actual costs) with the explanation that they would not cover the full amount due to their own financial losses. I was told pursuing the rest would cost more in legal fees than it was worth. Despite assurances, Mr Outboard failed to stand behind their work or take full responsibility for the damage they caused. I would strongly caution others considering their services.

He's knowledgeable about Lund Boats and helpful with choosing accessories. Brad in finance was able to secure an amazing rate on the boat. I was able to complete the entire transaction online and over the phone. I'm impressed with their dealership and I look forward to servicing my boat there.
