I broke the skag off my mercury 150. They had me drop it off in the morning. I received a Curtsey call from Jenn that they were painting the skag and start driving in and it will be done before you get there. I left my house and rolled in to my boat ready for hookup. Extremely disappointed in the value for the service. Our bottom job was 3 months late and 2.5 times the original estimate due to "unforeseen issues" even though blistering was known before we even took it here. There was always another project ahead of ours. Could not be more disappointed in the value and timeliness of the service provided. I even wrote to the owner, and never got a response. Overall poor customer service.
