Over and above the service, workmanship, consideration was first class. Service manager, Mark, Melissa in the office and Ted Wagner the gentleman who did the install were all amazing. This is our third time Bayside Outdoors has been there for us when we were in dire need of immediate service on our 38' motor home. Ted serviced our Aqua Hot in 2018 when it would not function, replaced our transfer switch/surge protector and yesterday replaced our Inverter that was fried due to bad electricity at a campground. Very special attitude to help the customer with everybody employed here and it is an employee owned company. Highly recommend for service and sales. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. They really are a great dealership. I showed up unannounced for a leak in my RV roof and they not only fixed that leak but let me know the rest of the caulk was bad. So they graciously repaired all the rest of the caulk. They even let me stay an additional 1.5 hours in a covered area to let the caulk cure. Avoid service department. High priced and not very knowledgeable. Different service guy every time I go in. Have had to take stuff back multiple times.
