I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.

She pays attention to detail and seems to enjoy cleaning (strange but okay). She showed up with all of her supplies and didn't need me to provide anything. I left her to it and before I knew it, my whole house was clean. What I didn't realize until later is that she didn't stop where you couldn't see anymore like some other places do. Behind the furniture got done, under the couch and inside the couch had been done, and many things I didn't think of were taken care of. I hate dusting. All my picture frames had been cleaned. I wish I could hire her every day.
