London fog cookie and a macchiato

Friendly staff and the London fog shortbread cookies are always on point. Thanks for the solid service.

Egg and bacon scone, large hot mocha

Visited Canada for the night. This was walkable from my Airbnb. The line was out the door on a Saturday morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I tried a brown sugar latte-iced and my partner has a mocha. My coffee was a little less sweet than preferred but this could be because I am used to American coffee. I got an egg and bacon scone. Really yummy and flavorful. Food and drinks came out quickly. They also have cute plants and souvenirs for purchase. Plenty of street parking and in a not so busy area. Would return. Right next to a cute, witchy store!

Gluten free sesame bagel egg and bacon. Delicious!

Everyone raves about this place and they're so right. It was a few steps from our Airbnb so obviously we had to check it out. 2 varieties of gluten free bagels! 2 kinds of gluten free cookies! The coffee and tea are incredible and the service is so friendly. Great vibes. Will be coming back to try more! And cookies to take back home with us for sure.

    Sconewich

First nice day of the season so we went for a long stroll for coffee and snacks here. Really cool little trendy spot! My fiancé got a cappuccino and a salted chocolate cookie (tasted like a delicious brownie) and I got a brown sugar spice latte and a sconewich. Coffee was ok, very cinnamony but tasty. Would go for a more traditional brew next time. The sconewich was awesome! perfect lightish lunch. I added ham and the egg was cooked perfectly. A little garlic aioli and the scone was very savoury. Somewhat like a red lobster biscuit but stuffed with goodness! Will be back!

There were a lot of deep notes in the espresso. Very yummers. The baristas were also very nice and the space was very welcoming, with many different kinds of people coming together. Will be back!

I was here just after they opened (at 6 am!) and enjoyed morning coffee and wifi before heading to the office. I love a coffee shop that has a cortado on the menu. Or a Gibraltar. This tells me that the barista isn't some button pusher but instead of a craft coffee barista who actually has some training. I'm talking to you, Green Siren people. The barista this morning assembled a perfect cortado for me. Half espresso and half steamed (not foamed) milk in a short glass. I love the cortado because it's the same amount of coffee as a big latte but now I won't need to hit the restroom all morning! It was fabulous, delivered to my table as I wrote my morning's Yelp reviews. Dessert Oasis is a little grunge, a little industrial, a little coffee shop. It's not fancy but they have lovely wooden tables, comfortable seating, quiet music and power outlets. If I wasn't heading into the office, I could spend all day sitting here and OD'ing on great coffee. [Review 869 of 2025 - 434 in Michigan - 24426 overall]

It is in front of a building that has a lot of other storefronts...but if you park anywhere on that block of Michigan Ave you will be within walking distance. They thrive in coffee and pastries but they do have a really good egg sandwich as well. They are super nice and friendly and will walk your food to your table. It's not a large shop so it may be crowded depending on what time you go. There is a countertop that seats 4, a long table ther seats about 10, and a few 2 top tables. If you have a large group this may not be for you. Alba egg sandie - this was an excellent sandwich. I wish it had sausage or bacon on it but regardless it's great. It's light and fluffy as well as airy and savory. It comes with the aioli/chive and this is what sets it off. But the egg is thick and the perfect size to boot.
