I felt absolutely destroyed but trusted her to make my skin better. I did 1 hydro facial and now monthly chemical peels. My skin has improved so much. Be aware that your skin will get worse before it gets better so trust the process! My skin is not perfect by any means still but she will tell you it will take time and patience and is worth the money! I wear an N95 at work so my skin sometimes gets worse but I know over time these peels and having a good regimen with skin reality brand will clear it all up! So if you are like me who suffers from stubborn acne (i have been dealing with it for 16 years now), go here and make the investment! I work too much to do the acne program here but if you have the time you should try it! Worth every penny! If you are going to invest in sometime, invest your money in your skin and health!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and my experience at SkinSpirit! Lauren is absolutely incredible at what she does. From the very beginning, she has made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident that my skin is in the best hands. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to understand your skin, your concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. One of the things I appreciate most about Lauren is that she takes the time to educate me, helps me understand what my skin actually needs, guides me with my at-home skincare routine, and makes thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. I never feel like I'm trying to figure everything out on my own. SkinSpirit itself is wonderful as well. The space is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and luxurious while still feeling comfortable. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and professional, and the level of care feels consistent throughout the entire experience. Finding someone you completely trust with your skin is such a big deal, and I genuinely feel like I found that with Lauren and SkinSpirit, and I cannot recommend them enough.

The website clearly advertised this place as "Spa," but BEWARE it is NOT! I first arrived to the building looking for a spa, but none in sight, when I found their office, it was not a spa, but a Drs office. The inside was cold and uninviting, the smell reminded me of being sick as a child and sitting in a pediatricians office, the man sitting at the reception was wearing a white lab coat and the "therapist" that came to greet me was wearing scrubs. Not only that, he was cold and made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no way I would have been able to relax in an environment like that. I walked right out and the business still redeemed my Groupon, even though I did not receive any services. If you are looking for the spa experience DO NOT GO HERE. This company's website is deceitful and assuming. It is not what it pretends to be.

She left the room multiply times to get supplies as well as tell another employee and client to be quiet in the name of my relaxation. LMFAO. Her lack of skin knowledge shocked me. She said makeup protects skin....wtf? She didn't extract half of what should have been extracted. Her long, unkept hair fell in my face multiple times....ewww and she was dressed in skimpy yoga gear. Not professional or knowledgable. My skin didn't feel any cleaner or more hydrated then after a normal shower and home cleanse. Complete waste of time and money Don't do it, no matter how cheap of a groupon she will offer. Its not a real facial!
