I did not feel comfortable hearing the conversations and wanted no altercation. I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my service. I did let the owner know about my experience. I understand that the business may want to address the situation and improve its protocols, but this experience did happen to me on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. I am sharing my honest, firsthand experience as a customer.
