It took my now fiancé booking my appointment here with I believe Nikki, for me to go "ah yep, this is what I needed!" Some useful background: I've been dealing with some pigmentation issues (the sun is not always my friend), oil issues, and random breakouts. Whilst in my session, I learned I uh, I was not double cleansing my skin properly. So my skin barrier was upsetti-spaghetti, and I was further upsetting it by either stripping it or clogging it. It just was not having a good time. I was gently humbled but also educated which I'm here for. Every step was explained, as well as products used so I wasn't randomly surprised. I felt like a queen while laying there ngl. The music was just right, it wasn't too hot or too cold, I had a stone, it was just, lovely. When I left I ended up buying the resilient skin oil, and got the pomplio serum. Both of them work perfectly together and my breakouts have subsided which is a game changer for me. My skin also stopped being oily midday like it used to. It's actually happy. I've now accepted that code of harmony will become a part of my future even if at random times. I look forward to seeing the new store on 2nd!

Waxing is not my thing. I'm a little baby when it comes to pain. But I'm glad I've stuck around with Brigette for her multi treatment facials. I go on a monthly basis for her to help me maintain my skin. She's so nice and gentle, but she's also not afraid to go for a blemish if she thinks it's ready. I don't have before and after pictures, but I used to call my nose a strawberry nose, cause I had so much blackheads that it looked like a strawberry with all its seeds. She cleared it up for me the first time, and I've noticed that as the months progress, because she is clearing out my blackheads for me it doesn't look like a strawberry anymore. She is also super helpful because if I ask about skin concerns such as anti-aging, dryness during winter, smaller pores, skin elasticity etc, things like that, and she'll tell me what ingredients to look for when I'm buying skincare products. The more you go, the more familiar Brigette becomes with your skin, so I feel like I get a customized facial every time I see her.
