I had to schedule an appointment at the Glenview location after my original appointment with another one was cancelled, and I think it was fate. Claudette did my lash lift to perfection! Seriously, this was my favorite lash lift service I've ever had, and I've had a lot. My favorite thing about the Glenview location is their abundance of parking. My local Deka Lash has street parking, so I always have to plan additional time to get to my appointment on time--you definitely don't have to worry about that here. Their space is very clean and relaxing. I was offered a blanket and I'm going to be honest I think I might have dozed off at some point during my appointment because I was so comfortable. Their pricing is fair ($84.99 for a base lash lift) and payment is a breeze since they keep your credit card on file to hold appointments. Highly recommend :)

It's almost like no glue was used. I called immediately this morning because I was the last apt of the day yesterday. They refused to let the girl who worked on me fix them because she had graduated from the training program. They would only give me an apt a week from now with a new trainee. I declined. What a waste of 2 hours.

Anyways, I got them done around the end of November for an European trip. It's now the end of January and the extensions are still on. Obviously, a lot less on each eye but I haven't gotten a refill and it is still noticeable that I have lash extensions. These extensions have withstood European wind and Chicago freezing temperatures and snow. Plus, they are comfortable. An important factor to note though is that I don't wear makeup, so it helps that I'm not washing off eye makeup. Regardless, I think they are absolutely worth the price , which is definitely more on the affordable end. I have gotten lots of extensions in the past living previously in New York and other suburbs of Chicago. This is my new favorite and go to place. They deserve more credit for sure.

So with the exception of covid when my eyelashes and eyebrows looked pretty scary I've seen Kim every 3 weeks for about the last decade. She's amazing at her job and I love that she makes eyelashes look super natural vs some other places I've seen. When she was out sick years ago I got an eyelash fill elsewhere and it was such a disaster that I vowed I'll never stray from Kim again. Months ago my eyelashes were having issues sticking and Kim even took the time to go thru all the products I was using to make sure nothing had oil in them- months later we seem to be back on track! Kim is also speedy; I"m always in and out within an hour. Her pricing is fair and for someone who spends ALL day on video calls I really love having lashes and feel "naked" when I don't have them. She's in high demand so I do always makes sure I book 3 weeks ahead of time, but she goes out of her way to always squeeze me in at a time that works well around my busy job and mom life.
