If I could give zero stars I would *DO NOT GO HERE IF U HAVE A PEANUT OR TREE NUT ALLERGY* Me and my boyfriend went in to get 3 chicken shawarmas we go in and place the order my boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy so of course I said that when we placed the order we get in the car he eats one and tells me he doesn't feel well and I asked well like stomach not feel well or allergy not feel well he said the allergy kind of don't feel well we get home and he is sick to his stomach. We didn't know getting a major stomachache is a sign of anaphylaxis. He's laying on the couch and extreme pain we get up so I can go home and he starts to feel super sick so we go to the hospital and we have to go to the emergency room keep in mind I told them beforehand that he has a peanut allergy and when he started not feeling good I called them in the car and asked them Is there any peanuts or peanut oil or anything in the food and they told me no we sat in the ER for five hours. We called them a couple days later and they tried to tell us that it could've been from something else that he had eaten that was our first meal of the day and if it was from something that he eaten before he would've had the reaction at that time not hours later when he goes and eat something else! they're taking this as a joke allergies are not a joke you can kill someone this way! Employees need to learn their menu #1 and #2 have protocols for people with allergies because I don't know what in the chicken from could've given someone with a peanut allergy a reaction, but there was definitely some cross contamination of some sort if they're so strict on that there is no peanut or tree nut in their Shawarma. read more

This is the best I mean the "BEST" place to get food it's affordable and my favorite thing about it is that I'm a late night snacker and I could come here anytime and get my food. I hate being that person that has to leave one star reviews but this place deserves it. We ordered one whole chicken sub, two whole chicken Francisco subs and one large curly fries. Immediately biting into our subs we all noticed how very salty our subs were. Like extremely salty to the point we couldn't even continue to eat our subs. I've never been so disappointed in a sub shop like this place before. Not to mention there was barely any chicken in the subs either. Literally felt like I was just biting into toasted bread drenched in mayo. Also, the large order of curly fries was really just a small/medium that wasn't even filled to the top. A$sholes work here. I called to place a pickup order and the fuck3r on the phone gave me attitude, one word responses, mumbles and basically didn't give a sh!t about his job. I couldn't hear or understand him at all. Every question I asked (only 2) were met with a barely audible "yeah" or "uh huh." I specifically asked for no cucumbers on my salad and they cut up the cucumbers in chunks so it would blend with the lettuce. Couldn't even finish it. The tuna sub was made wrong I asked for no pickle or tomato and all of a sudden there is no trace of it also the bread was so hard I had a hard time eating it and practically cut the inside of my mouth. Recently moved from Cali and was recommended this place by a Lyft driver. So authentic and delicious! Chicken shawarma was one of the best I've ever had! Tabbouleh actually had the appropriate amount of parsley, lemon & tomato, also some of the best I've had. Hummus was good and stuffed grape leaves (dolma) were served warm. Took 45 minute to get my take out order. Only one person working...taking order, cashier, phone and cooking. Ok, the hummus was good but DO NOT order the beef kebab. My delivery order was refrigerator cold, incorrect and frankly, gross. The Owner, when I called to ask for a replacement or refund was argumentative; refusing to accept any responsibility blaming the delivery driver instead. He admitted that he'd made substitutions without asking me; replacing my tabbouleh with a second Fattoush salad. Speaking of the Fattoush salad, the pita was not fried it was just torn up pita which was so soggy that it was inedible. They ignored my request for garlic and pita bread (to eat my hummus with) it was poorly packed, didn't include napkins or plastic cutlery. I fed the food to my two dogs because it was that bad. My dad is a regular customer and gets their subs and kafta . The first one I went I had their chicken wings and I wasn't impressed. The wings were small with no batter. However this weekend, I tried their chicken tenders and they were great. The tender was marinated with in house sources and I had the Buffalo sauce, which hit the spot. I was in Dearborn for the day and saw this place on my way back to Cleveland. I immediately knew I was either going to get a chicken shawarma or falafel sandwich (the best way to judge a middle-eastern place, is to try either of these two). I went with the shawarma since I was craving some lean protein! Employees are friendly and service was fairly quick, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I took the shawarma to go along with a soft drink, I took my first couple of bites and I was SHOCKED. This is the best shawarma I've had in the United States, most places don't even come close to recreating it. So much flavor, the chicken doesn't have fat surrounding it, and the garlic paste mixture is just perfect. WOW! I still can't get over how good this was. It's one of the best things I've ever eaten, and I eat a lot! I can't wait to go back, just so I can have this again and possibly try other menu items. BTW, the sandwich is made on a large rolled pita and the meal plus drink cost me less than $5, can't beat that. Go to ANANAS! :D read more

I ordered four subs today, I'm not sure if they're very cheap with their portions, but around 1/3 of all the subs were empty. Just bread, not even any sauce. To be honest, this place should reorganize and try focus on specific, special menu items. They're trying to do way too many things, and it's compromising the quality. Chicken Shawarma on Markouk bread was delicious and enough for 2. Onion rings were also good.

I love this place. I always get hungry at night when one else is opened. Their food is delicious.
