The employee told me to contact customer service, and that they may have to reissue me another card that works. Upon contacting customer service, they sent me an email with a card that had the exact same number and pin as the previous card which hadn't worked. I pointed this out with no response. Then just for the sake of trying, I tried again online and in person, with the same results.
