I'd give Lighthouse 10 stars if I could. I don't know where to begin on how thankful I am for this peace of heaven on earth. Being my first time in treatment, I didn't know what to expect or what I had committed myself to but, Lighthouse was there for me every step of the way. From detox to completion of treatment, I received nothing but love, support and respect being as broken as I was. They treated me with compassion, understanding and operated within God's grace while taking care of me every step of the way. Through their help and programming, I was able to not just rehabilitate my health. They helped to rehabilitate my mind. They were able to do for me in 3 months what I was incapable of doing for myself. Because of Lighthouse, I have my life back. My marriage is back on track, my kids have their father back but most importantly I restored my relationship with God during my stay. I couldn't have done this without their help or support. I was failing on my own. Lighthouse made it so that I was able to focus on healing myself from the inside out. Thank you so much for church, gym, yoga, offsite meetings and all the extras like game night and movie night. It was the first time I had done (or was able to do) any of those things sober in YEARS. Thank you so much for the clinical groups, motivational speakers and panels. It opened my eyes to a difference in perspective and understanding when it came to addiction and how much people need to be loved. Truly humbling. A special thank you to Tyler and Teresa for doing such a great job at the facility. Between staff and taking a look around, it really does show how much they care about what they do. Thank you to everyone at intake, the front office and administration. With all your patience and calm demeanors, you make it look easy. Shout out to kitchen staff for all their hard work and making sure everyone there was always well fed (miss the food for sure). Taco Tuesdays were the best! Thank you to the nurses and doctors. You always made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. When it comes to staff, it's extremely difficult for me to pick favorites. They are ALL great. 4/5 Stars -- Helpful Program, Some Room for Improvement I recently completed a few weeks of treatment at The Lighthouse, and overall, I had a positive experience. The program itself was very helpful, and I met a lot of genuinely good people along the way. The staff were also a major positive. Ronnie, Rob, Tim, Stephanie, Jenna, and several others were supportive, helpful, and made the experience better. That said, I do think there are a few things prospective clients should know going in. The living conditions aren't necessarily dirty, but they feel a little more like a cheap motel than a treatment facility and could definitely use some renovation and TLC. I also felt somewhat misled about the living arrangements and phone privileges. Once you're settled in, phone access is limited to about two hours a day, and you live in a house with 4-5 other people, with three bedrooms and two people per room. Despite those drawbacks, I'm grateful for my experience and for the people I met. The treatment and support I received were genuinely helpful, and I would still give The Lighthouse 4 out of 5 stars overall. read more

Recovery is best done where you have a chance to plant new roots in rich soil. The Lighthouse embodies this concept. While there you'll have comrades to share and relate with, experienced staff to address your needs, and an excellent facility. The use 12-Step meetings as a core to address addiction. This is factually the number 1 most successful way, if you have any hesitation just look at the numbers. Having staff and visiting members from the 12-step fellowships will give you first-hand detail to what I'm saying. The place has a courtyard-like area with places to mediate, equipment to exercise, and space to decompress. Events are commonplace, youll find yourself getting outside with your team to do meetings, beach days, picnics, gym days. and store runs. Their lasting message to me is, we never know where life will take us next, so take time while youre doing recovery (or anything!) and appreciate the people you have around you. This place is extremely helpful. My name is LINO and I completed the light house program but it wouldn't of happened if it wasn't like staff members who show client they really care . One in particular is Erin the crazy lighthouse lady who stands about 5 feat tall and showed me that she really does care by being there after her work day was done to help me out with a little problem I was having. In truth I was a little upset, angry to say the least . Erin took the time to hear me out and calmed me and assured me that everything would be ok . I'm 52 yrs old been an addict for 32 yrs and showed me threw meditations groups and just plain caring that I mattered. I owe my life to her and my way of thinking. By her knowledge and support my life is on a level that I never would have imagined I could reach. This place saved my life so definitely 5 stars. If I want to get technical, the curriculum is a bit stale but from what I hear, that is soon to be addressed and adjusted accordingly. The living quarters are tidy and the staff is pleasant. They are fair with their guidelines and rules to ensure a safe environment fit for healing and growth. The kitchen staff is phenomenal and go above and beyond to ensure a quality diet to their clients, they even accommodated my vegetarian diet. I wasn't exactly the epitome of optimism during my stay here, yet the support staff were both empathetic and sympathetic toward my erratic mood changes and frequent anxiety attacks. They truly go above & beyond to acknowledge you as a capable, and productive individual and you leave here feeling like you have a safety net! (Because you do! I went todo a 5 day detox. I paid 2,500.00 because i had no insurance. After i paid them, they did my vitals. My blood pressure was high....they refused to treat me. Then instead of refunding me all my money, they charged me 500.00 for being ther only long enough to go through the process of getting signed in. I wasnt there longer then 15min after being signed up,before they wouldnt treat me. This place is a scam and thieves. They dont care about helping people. They care about money! read more

Great treatment center with amazing staff. From the cleaning crew to the councilors. They have people that care. I've had awesome experiences with many of the staff here. There's so many people I could name, but I really want to pay respects to one. My counselor Jesse has gone above and beyond to help me every step of the way. He's been there for me at a 100% with even the most mundane issues. Also, the meals are way better than I expected. And I will say that I've noticed some negative clients, but you only get what you put in. I've seen too many clients expecting results without doing any of the work. This is my second review of this detox/residential program. Hey, it must be pretty okay if I chose to come back!! All jokes aside, Support staff is absolutely amazing on the women's side. Unfortunately I couldn't complete my inpatient here for reasons beyond Lighthouse's control. This is where my discharge planner, Chris, comes into play here. When he says he's going to get on the case, consider it done. He made me feel so safe, listened to, and comfortable and I could tell he did absolutely everything in his power to help me transfer smoothly and quickly, as well as communicating and working w my family to find the best fit possible for me. When I decided to get treatment, a nurse gave me two options: Anaheim or Palm Springs. I hate the heat, so I chose to go to the Lighthouse. They got me through my detox comfortably. The food was overall good. My accommodations were in a duplex, and definitely made it feel less like a hospital setting. I got a lot out of the groups, except for one particular group. My favorite part was yoga and spirituality on Sunday with Donna. I would have gladly traded my least favorite group for more yoga or meditation. The staff was accommodating as possible and easy to get along with. The did not make me go to religious sessions I was uncomfortable as a non-Christian. The staff and the drivers are awesome. I want to recognize following people: Amanda, Cynthia, Melissa, Rebecca, Penny, Candace, Vanesa, Jessica, Jaime Jana, Michelle, Jenna, Leanna, Heidy, Teresa, Carla, Tom, Sonia (all the delicious food!) I had to do one last one! Huge shout out to my counselor Shannon and my therapist Sally I'm sure it was like peeling back layers of an onion...I vividly remember sitting in my sessions slumped back in my chair in the beginning not happy to be there... the assignments Shannon gave me definitely helped me out the first was 10 ways to cope with depression other than drugs and alcohol and I was able to relate with her she kept it real with me and called me on my shit when I tried avoiding group! Sally helped me realize that I have issues I had been suppressing and helped me work through them..she also gave me for the the future it was definitely time to pivot!!! Thank you both so much I appreciate you my favorite group facilitators were eddy and Jesse as far as their experience. I learned so much from these two and will forever be grateful they had groups I enjoyed participating in. I was a little annoyed with Jesse one day I shared an assignment and he called me on me not following the instructions of the assignment and giving a somewhat superficial response, which was partially true.
