They have helped me tremendously and I wish I knew about this place earlier when my back pain first began a few years ago. I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. The staff is like family and the atmosphere there is so positive and kind and they make you feel like family. Every single one of them has contributed to my well being. My pain isn't fully gone but they help me get by week after week. Their kindness is enough to bring me back week after week. I can honestly say that without relief from my pain I did, on several occasions, consider suicide. I have suffered many complications following being hit by a drunk driver. I tried to cope as best as I could on my own and ended up destroying my stomach by over the counter anti-inflammatorys. I almost died and spent months in the hospital when I suffered a rupture and became septic. I know there are risks involved in taking Any medication. Also, that there is always going to be a small percentage who may have different motivations and use the drugs incorrectly. It just has to be said that the work that Dr Vu does is important and life saving. He is a highly ethical and deeply concerned physician. I am able to enjoy a much higher quality of life because of his care: because, I can now use less medication due to the combination of steroidal and nerve block injections. I am sorry for the families who have lost their loved one's and also that Dr Vu's reputation has also suffered. I feel confident of the work that he does and will continue to be his patient.

Whenever I asked a practitioner for something for the pain, they either suggested ibuprofen or said they don't prescribe opioids. Hmm, I wonder if that's a liability thing? Rosemary engaged in dialogue with me about my pain. Describe what your pain is like--dull, throbbing, shooting? When did I feel it? What brought it on? What made it worse, etc. After these conversations she explained her diagnosis and therapeutic plan. She started me on a milder pain medication regimen and, when I didn't get relief, either increased dosage or changed medication. Unable to even get an appointment for a consultation! Front office staff is extremely rude. Called…read moreon 9/8/26 as my referral for my left hip was approved on 9/2 and was told they couldn't find my referral. After being placed on hold for quite awhile, they found my referral and said that I needed to be assigned to a provider and will be called back in 24 hours to schedule appointment. No call back, so I called to follow up today 9/11 and was told they couldn't find my referral again. Gave my info then the receptionist rudely asked if I had seen pain management before, which I replied, yes for my back. She said I need to submit my records for any pain management because the doctor needs to review and approve me before I can get an appointment. I said they need this even though it's for another part of my body? She said it doesn't matter, they need to see everything. At this point, I was so frustrated because she never confirmed she found my approval and added a new hoop to jump through to see if I will even be "approved" to get an appointment for a consultation. This is absolutely ridiculous and I just said thank you and hung up. Good luck getting past the front office to even get a consultation!
