I know how hard it is to be nice to customers and always have a genuinely great customer service. but these employees seem to always be in a great mood. The pharmacy area can be a little slow at times, right at the end of the work day. They usually have things in stock and the aisles are almost always well organized, and clean. Sometimes there's a random pile of boxes or carts with inventory just sort of there, as if an employee just left them in an aisle and then got distracted and went and did something else. I get the sense that they don't have a lot of staff. The staff are friendly though, and I don't really have any complaints or bad experiences. I just haven't had any outstandingly good experiences here. And usually when I'm running into Walgreens, it's for a snack or a drink in addition to something from the pharmacy and their prices are still kind of high.

I had a problem that wallgreens was not receiving the confirmation for me to get the medication because they were getting an error. The resolution? For wallgreens to call ipledge and it would resolve the problem. The problem? Wallgreens refused to call the program so I can get my medication. (All this happened 3-4 days. My solution? Get my doctor to send the medication to CVS. In a couple of hours CVS CALLED ipledge and resolved the problem for me.
