That's how long they went on charging my credit card after I sent out the form which according to them was the only thing I needed to do to be able to cancel. Amex refunded me two months which is all they're allowed to do but flagged them and suggested taking it up with the bbb for further help.

I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did!
