I have fallen asleep at almost every appointment. She is VERY good. 2000% awesome. It's been a bit over a year and I swear by her lash work. I guess the only "downside" is that she's ALWAYS booked. So if you're a person who travels, works within a very tight schedule, have a backup. She's booked solid and you won't be able to get another appointment until weeks later. But she is well worth the wait. My lashes last me a month and her "fans" are full and beautifully applied. Her work is super Profesional and solid! She's always ready to go on time for my appointment, the online booking system is SO easy to use and schedule, the space is clean, warm and comfortable, and I always leave looking flawless AF. Four hours before my appointment, my tech sends me a text message saying she had a family emergency and could not come in to do my lashes. She asked to reschedule. The reason I was trying this salon again was because of convenience, and really no other reason. The place is cute, and the girls are nice enough, but really... no other reason. It is walking distance from my house. I told the tech that rescheduling was not an option; I work full time, go to school and only really had one day left to schedule something because you are not allowed to wear make-up about 48 hours after doing a lift. There was also not enough time to schedule with some other salon.... so I started calling salons, and... every one in the area was either booked or closed too early for my schedule. I tried calling the salon. Let it be known, they just do not answer their phones. So I messaged their instagram explaining the issue, and to see if there was another tech. My message was definitely read, but not answer. I wrote again an hour or so later, and again, no answer. Terrible service, and it put me in a position where I ultimately had to do without. Not the end of the world of course, but do yourself a favor don't waste your time with this salon. Believe me, I hate saying that, but their lifts don't always seem to work, if at all (and I have had mine very successfully lifted at others salons in the past), and their service is just trash.
