This was my second visit to the ANA Lounge at the Lisbon airport. Access without payment requires a business class/first class ticket on a participating airline or a lounge pass membership, such as Priority Pass or Dragon Pass. The lounge is decent size with and different types of sitting options. There are dedicated leather like single chairs, tables with chairs, and couches. On both visits they had cold sandwiches, breads, cold cuts, pastries, yogurt, coffee, and a full bar. The food is average. Tip: If you visit this lounge, keep in mind you still have to go to passport control, which makes timing your exit a little tricky. They do have a clock near the entrance that estimates how long it will take to get through customs. read more

Located above the S22 gates, this is a fantastic airport lounge. Small sandwiches, fruits, pastries and drinks. There is a full bar with a bartender, serving cocktails for a relaxing break before your flight. Spacious seating area with modern, comfortable seating as well as table top seats near the food. read more

Overall: 3 stars Not to be confused with the Japanese ANA airline, here ANA just refers to be what seems to be a Lisbon Airport service. In any case, I was astounded by how long the line was to this lounge, even though getting in took much less time than I thought. Once in, I found the food situation to be generally dire and unappetizing. But hidden away in the back of the bar in the corner is where the Portugese Egg Tarts lie. Those are flaky, creamy and beautifully bruleed like a master piece. Well... I'm super sad this will have been the last trip in which I got to use a Priority Pass for the indefinite future, as Chase seriously nerfed the value proposition of the Sapphire Reserve. This review is predicated, of course, on having a Priority Pass, as it most likely wouldn't be worth paying to get in, unless you drank a *lot*. Definitely worth stopping at if you have a Priority Pass, though, if they let you in. The sandwiches were just ok (fine for free, but nothing impressive, just basic sandwiches. Entirely adequate, though), and the pastries were even worse (don't bother with the pastries). But they have a solid lineup of complimentary local wine and liqueurs from around Portugal, including a couple ports, a Madeira(!), a ginja, Beirao... I was sad we weren't here for a very long time, and that it still mid-morning, so I didn't have a chance to try a *bunch* of wine, but I snuck in a couple port tastings anyway, and finally got to try a Beirao tonic (a very good idea!) The class ticket you're traveling on and previous airport lounge experience heavily factors into the rating here. It is average in size, below average food offerings, above average views of the planes, runways, and gates. There were private "rest" rooms and silent pods, which come in handy depending on needs and waiting time. If you're traveling business or first class, this is probably a step down from what you're used to. Otherwise, it checks most of the boxes you're expecting in an airport lounge not linked directly to an airline. read more

Nice place to get away from the general area. The seats/chairs are definitely better than the general area. It's a bit darker/less lighting in some areas. So nice for catching a nap. The food is ok... mostly sandwiches and pastries. They don't have a lot of variety or setup for a grab and go. They do have a couple of sodas and beers to grab and go. You can always through the snacks in a napkin... I guess. The service is pretty good at keeping the place clean. The gentlemen at the front check in were very nice. read more

Lots of seats in this lounge! Bright lighting, and large and spacious bathroom facilities! The only downside I would say is that the food is just ok, but there is a decent selection of cold cuts, cheese, small sandwiches, coffee drinks, etc. Very nice staff who work at the front desk and inside the facility as well. read more

Wasn't here long but was able to be seated instantly. Staff was helpful getting me to my gate. The area was clean and over all this is a pretty big lounge. Didn't check out the food because we brought our own. There were plenty out outlets everywhere. The projectors are huge it would've been dope to see a sports game on them. We spent a good amount of time in the ANA lounge during our travel through Portugal. The lounge was easily accessible and somewhat spacious. Each time we visited, there was always available seating for all 5 of us. They had some decent options for breakfast and the staff made sure to keep the area very clean. Acceptable lounge. Priority pass can be restricted during peak times but it's not common outside of the peak seasons of travel. Comfortable chairs, cold foods (sandwiches, croissants, etc.), and beer and wine make for a pleasant pre boarding experience. Restrooms are dimly lit and half or more of the sinks do not dispense water. It can get crowded. Happy travels. read more

The lounge is ok. Food is what one would expect for when you're on board the plane (economy) and nothing spectacular. No hot food. Joyce, beer and wine are available but nothing much beyond that and a little barista station. Places to sit are hard to come by. On the plus side, there's a large tv with soccer and the business news on. Views of the jets are pleasant and the room isn't too sunny. The bathrooms are clean but not spacious, and not every seat has an outlet. Food has lines, the entrance has lines, and it's fairly loud once you get in. Tip: ask for the pastries behind the counter at the barista station. read more

Our last chance for some typical sweet and savory Portuguese treats. There was likely more substantial offerings later in the day, but there were soups, salads, snacks and sandwiches for everyone, including vegan hummus, eggplant, red pepper on Portuguese malt bread and tuna for fish eaters. The coffee was great and they had milk choices, including plant based. I don't drink, but the bartenders looked busy. There's often a line to get in and it can be crowded. Servers were busy, but kept items well stocked. It was clean. Some of the furniture was a little wobbly, especially the tables. WIFI was fast and reliable. It was definitely the bright spot on a stormy day of delayed and canceled flights. read more

During my visit in November 2023, there were way too many people inside. I was only able to grab a stool across from the smoking lounge (also near the bathrooms). I never got to see an open seat in the hour I was there. My visit was in the morning. Coffee is by order. It was not self-serviced. There were small finger foods like sandwiches, which were so dry! I thought I had to wait until noon to get lunch, but they said to please wait until 12:10 PM. I left before then, so I was unable to try the food. Access: free with priority pass. read more

This was the only lounge available on Priority Pass and it was a pretty far walk to our gate. Luckily, we made it to the airport with a little bit of extra time so we ended up spending about 15-20 minutes at the lounge. It was enough to use the bathroom, grab a coffee and some small bites to eat for breakfast. For a Saturday at 8:30 AM, they already had a pretty good selection of food, which I really appreciated. They had a variety of sandwiches, ham, cheese, and even pastel de natas! Definitely one of the better lounges I've been to in Europe. It was nice and spacious too. The 6 of us didn't have any trouble finding a spot together. Though I'm sure it gets packed in the summertime (we went in December) because the app had a note that it may be closed during "peak hours". I'm just sad we didn't have time to hang out there longer to relax before our flight. read more

First Impressions: busy but spacious and airy. Many staff members working to things clean. Plenty of seating... just wish there were more charging ports at the sofas More: The food is decent... I have been to better lounges... but this has a nice selection of sandwiches, pastas, and snacks... plus small bites like chicken samosas, shrimp turnovers, mini quiches, fried cod balls, etc etc. They also have a bar with alcoholic drinks... and a shelf of room temp as well as a fridge with cold temp bottled water, sparkling water, juices, sodas. In Conclusion: not the best but definitely far from the worst. I would say this lounge is a win. Also some directions for finding it: if you're flying out of terminal 1, to get to ANA lounge... after TSA, you will walk through Duty Free (DuFry), then make a right after DuFry and look for the signs that say "lounges" towards "Praça Lisboa" shopping area. Unless you're just looking for a place to sit, this lounge is abysmal. The food is terrible - only cold cuts and bread. Juice and water from machines. There is a variety of seating available. Line to check in is constantly very long - not sure why. Took us less than a minute to scan all necessary docs. read more

Really nice lounge with great view of planes taking off. Other amenities I liked was that it had a separate indoor glass room for smokers plus fantastic sleep pods. ANA Lounge is a nice airport escape from the craziness of the Lisbon Airport. On my flight back to the States, I was fortunate enough to use this lounge through Priority Pass. Although it did become a bit overcrowded at points, I did appreciate that the amenities the lounge which provided a much better alternative than waiting at the gate for an hour. Do not expect to come away with high expectations in terms of food. When I had come, the main eating area had a variety of small sandwiches, cereal, and fruit. Another section of the lounge had some pastries including pasteis de nata which I found quite good considering! They did have a a wide variety of drinks to choose from though which was nice including bottles of water to take away. They also offered coffee made fresh but that line tended to get long. It has other typical things of lounges such as WiFI and clean bathrooms. It also has showers available! As alluded to earlier, the lounge did tend to get busy so there was limited seating and food ran out fairly quickly. While the staff tried to keep up, there was too many people that came in and out. Once they started capping people, the lounge seemed a little more calm and not so busy. NOTE: The lounge is before customs so should make sure you make time to account for that to get to your gate. For me, it took almost thirty minutes to get from the lounge to my gate. Overall, ANA Lounge is a good lounge but would be best to enjoy during a slower period. read more

One of the best lounges I ever been to. Not only was it clean it was very spacious with different features. There are showers, private rest rooms, comfy different lounge chairs, and so much more. The staffs were super friendly, completely a no judgement zone because I pigged out with the balcalau. The drink selection was great as it gives you a taste of Portugal. Not a bad lounge. I enjoyed how quiet it was. They also have a section on the back wall of sleeping pods. They were all full but assuming you could get one, that was a really nice touch. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. They also have showers for an extra cost if you have a long layover and need to clean up. Food is subpar but not atypical from what you would get from other lounges. Coffee and alcoholic drinks are available but you have to order them from the counter. Plugs are available at every seat so that was great as well. All in all, a nice retreat if you have some time to spare. read more

Scale that up to adult size, add a buffet, and welcome to Anna lounge at the Lisbon airport! This was not the most peaceful of lounges, but it had the basics: Food, drink, newspapers, and Wi-Fi. Sometimes hanging out in the airport itself is more fun than the lounge experience, and this was one of those times. This Priority Pass lounge is better than average. There's lots of seating and it's well stocked with booze, soft drinks, and sandwiches (the turkey curry one is the best one). This lounge is just meh - if all you want is some water, snacks, somewhere to sit, WiFi, this place will do the trick. It's part of Priority Pass, which is great if you have a membership but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here or pay the 25€ spend time here. There are a lot of people in this lounge and it feels crowded, and there seemed to be a lot of children in here so parts sounded like a playground. The food here is pretty subpar compared to other lounges - in the morning they had some sandwiches with meat and cheese, one with a fried chicken cutlet and lettuce and they had a veggie one. There were probably 4-5 choices of cold sandwiches to choose from. They also had croissants, and a tray of mini pastries including little apple strudels, egg tarts and chocolate mini croissants. I got to try one egg tart and it was decent but the inside wasn't as soft and custardy as the ones you can find in Lisbon proper or if you buy it at a bakery in the airport. Good if you're craving it but get the real deal when you exit the lounge. They ran out of egg tarts super fast and then didn't refill it for another 2 hours so if you see one, grab it. They have your standard coffee, tea, and juice and alcohol, sparkling and still water. The WiFi was really slow, probably because everyone was using it. Bathrooms were clean so that was a plus. They have showers you can pay to use, and rent a towel. Overall, fine for an hour or two, but don't expect much other than drinks and snacks. read more

Finally discovered a wonderful lounge associated with the priority pass membership. Wish our lounge in Montreal was anywhere close to this one. Very spacious, modern and good selections of finger food and drinks. Coffee lovers, they have a nesspresso machine! Even though I've had priority pass for a while now, this was the first time I was able to have enough time to relax in a lounge and I wasn't disappointed. Tons of free food and booze, and enough room where you can find a comfy chair or two for your group. They have a full bar, mini-sandwiches, and 4 fridges of drinks. I overheard one guy saying he would just pour a gin and tonic in his water bottle for the flight, genius! My wife and I were able to load up on drinks and snacks so we didn't have to get gouged by airport/airplane prices! If you have a priority pass, make sure to stop by this lounge. read more

We have used the ANA lounge a few times while traveling through the international airport of Lisbon. Accessible via the escalator in the main departure square of the Terminal, it is one of the 3 lounges we could access via the Priority Pass that we have. Priority Pass has been increasing the number of lounges we can access while traveling through airports. The ANA lounge has a contemporary set up with refreshments and food for the passengers. In addition, there is a shower area which can be accessed next to the restrooms. The lounge has a lot of sofa seatings along with outlets available to recharge your phones, which is usually my main priority while traveling. You can never have enough battery which you usually realize while in the airport. 4 star lounge with excellent service and ample dining and refreshment options. read more

I've been to a few lounges and this isn't really one to complain about. The seating was more than adequate; certainly more comfortable than the airport chairs. The food was fine. There were at least 10 different sandwiches to choose from around lunch time. They even included a smoked salmon one that I wouldn't expect from an airport lounge. Plenty of alcoholic drinks, juices, water etc to choose from and some other snacks like chips, cookies, and crackers. The lounge is a little busier than I'm used to - likely because they accept elite passengers from several different airlines and priority pass customers. Showers are available for free if you have your own towel and soap. Otherwise it's a pretty steep 15 Euros just for the towel and soap. If you have complimentary access to the lounge, this is probably the best one in Lisbon's airport. read more
