After about 30 minutes, I checked in with the staff and was told it was due to "miscommunication" and that someone was new, while the person who took my order was in the back on the phone. I had to repeat my order multiple times, specifically asking for no hot sauce and no salad. Despite that, after another 15 minutes, the tacos finally came out incorrect, with both hot sauce and a salad, and they were lukewarm, not hot. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself wasn't properly blended. What stood out most is that they weren't particularly busy, just a light morning crowd. I've been to the Tomball location when it was much busier, and the service there was still fast and attentive, which set a high expectation. Overall, the experience didn't match the premium pricing. And so it was a treat for me to make sounds go back to one of my favorite places. The customer service is as great as I remember it, they still do decaf and sugar free, which is what my order usually is, and they have to order out quickly--and most importantly, it is right. I've had almost all of the drinks on the menu at this point, but my favorite is still the cookie and the caramel. I don't know the name of the girl who it served me today, but she was so great and put a smile on my face-- and reminded me that they do have decaf and sugar free options.
