Absolutely delicious! Had the chicken curry and I could of had seconds. The fried spring rolls were really good too!

We were craving hot soup on a cloudy day and luckily this place was open. They were about to close…read morefor lunch in less than an hour of our arrival, but they still let us sit and order. We ordered six beef pho. All came out very hot and delicious. The soup base was tasty with lots of meat and noodles. Not like US where they give you bean sprouts, but still hit the spot on a cold day. Would I go back? Yes.

Not sure why people would leave this place!?! We had dinner here last night. It was our last night…read morein Paris and we didn't feel like going out too far, so we came here. It's a small place, but several tables were available, it was quiet, and they were fine that we didn't speak much French...like at all! We all had pho and got an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls were HOT and served with a yummy vinegary sauce. The pho had amazing flavored broth. My husband liked the hoisin sauce and I loved the homemade sriracha on the tables. My daughter loved the tender slices of steak in our soup!!! Sooo good! We also had aperol spritz and Coca Cola. We also noticed we didn't get the "traditional" sprouts, mint, and jalapeños like we do in the states, and while we didn't ask about them, a French woman sitting next to us did, and the server brought her some bean sprouts. We did get some sliced red peppers/chilis...and BEWARE--they are spicy! I love spicy, and these had my mouth fired up! Haha! Over all, great food, quick service, quiet place to come and enjoy a meal with family or friends or on your own. Note-they do appreciate payment in cash, but will take card too.

This small unassuming family owned place serves truly amazing northern Vietnamese food. The rolls…read morewere super crispy and not heavy with porky and glass noodle filling for €7. Pho came out shortly. Everything about it was almost perfect. From the clear and aromatic broth to bouncy not mushy noodles, to beef that was soft, fresh without any funky aftertaste that some other places have. The multiple layers of herbs brought everything together. All in €20 and warm and friendly service to match. If the weather is right , outside tables are an option. Staying around Republique was a great rotation to my stay.

This place looks like a total hole in the wall but please do not let that discourage you. This was…read moresome of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had, and I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. I started with the nem du porc (crispy spring rolls) they came with fresh lettuce and mint that you wrap the rolls in before dipping into delightful sauce. They were truly the most incredible ones I have had in a long time if not the best of all time. The herbs were so fresh. I also got the Pho Boeuf (pho tai). The noodles were bouncy and the broth clean and simple. The was more than ample beef and they give you sauces and lime to go with it. Just know the bean sprouts are already in there in case you don't enjoy those but they were easily avoidable. I was also able to get some chilis to spice up the broth but they are Thai chilis so beware! I also got a Vietnamese limeade to drink and it was delightful. The server was very sweet and I feel like everything came out in a timely manner. If you are jonesing for Vietnamese in Paris this is the place to go hands down.
