The guiitar was suppose to have authenticity paperwork, and the owner said he had it at home. The guitar was paid for, and it was kept at Curated Gems until the charity. The owner never got the authenticity paperwork by the time the charity auction started. The guitar is still setting in the store without the authenticity paperwork. The owner refused to give a full refund and kept $200 of the original $1200 paid to him. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the girl that works the counter was extremely friendly with great customer service.

The wines were so good, we came back the next day (before my son's wedding) and brought friends and family with us. We ordered wine to be shipped to Texas because it is THAT good AND the prices are amazing! With an average price of about $17/bottle, you just can't beat that! It is worth the cost of shipping! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. For a small fee, we had a custom label created for our son and his new bride to commemorate their wedding day! I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified.
