Parking 5/5 I always find parking in the large shared lot in Dana Park. Selection 4/5 This isn't the Franchise's largest location but it's the closest to me during regular travels. I spend my time grazing in their Religious. Philosophy, advanced Science and Mathematics sections. Occasionally I find something to satisfy the nerd within. Service 5/5 I always been happy with the help I've received including ordering books. Value 5/5 As book and mortars go, (see what I did), I find what I've purchased to be reasonable when coupled with the in person experience of grazing the isles. I asked for a couple of items, and the person behind the counter, could not be bothered to show me where the items I asked for were. The first item I asked for was at the cas wrap, so that item, I could find myself. The second item, which was a book, the person pointed to a sign, and asked if I saw it. When I said no, they then replied, "the isle before the young adult books." This was just really poor customer service. If you can, choose another Barbes and Noble. Anyone!!!!​

They have so many items and they're all reasonably priced. I do still wished that everything was a dollar though, made figuring out the total very easy. Customer service was great, I had a question while in the store and she took me right to the items. I also did self checkout which was very easy. Store is clean and well stocked. Seemed like a lot of people come here to meet their friends to shop and walk around together. It was nice hearing all the happy conversations while shopping.

One time the ceiling had fallen down onto the card section from the water damage. I never can find what I'm looking for most of the time since there store isn't well stocked like other stores. The cashier was friendly but I'm sad they're removing all the self checkouts from every location. The parking lot is always super busy and it's hard to find parking.

The only issue I have with the stores in general is the very small aisle room which leaves customers trying to shimmy around each other or dodging each other while also trying not to bump into anything fragile in the process. I was and am generally always happy with the prices as well, they're reasonable and much less than other stores. My Halloween hunt continues and this time of year always brings me joy and excitement.

Lots of interesting things here and the workers here are super nice. When I saw temple merchandise, I figured out really quickly that it's a Mormon bookstore. I'm not a Mormon so I felt a bit out of place. I wasn't sure how to rate this place, and would feel wierd leaving a negative review due to the difference in beliefs, so I'll give it 4 stars for the kindness of the workers, and the awesome Nativity display.
