Anyway, fast forwarding.... In the middle of the groom session he called me to come pick up my dogs because he couldn't handle it. He 1/2 way shaved down one of my dogs to the skin and did not touch the other. So I picked up my 1/2 shaven, naked & butchered dog and my untouched dog. If he didn't understand the assignment, he shouldn't have taken the job. I called another groomer and explained the same thing and the situation and the other groomer took me right away and had my dogs looking and smelling nice in no time. She also puts the cutest bandanas on them, which is such a nice touch. The only thing to note is that it does take almost the entire day to groom my two dogs, so it's not a quick drop-off and pickup. That said, the quality of her work and the care she puts into it make it worth it. I'm always happy with the results and would definitely recommend her.

She is truly incredible with animals and treats each dog as if they were her own. Auggie goes straight to Theresa with ease--which says everything to me. She's not only extremely skilled at grooming (he always comes home looking absolutely beautiful), but she's also incredibly thoughtful and flexible. Theres has gone above and beyond on many occasions--like taking him in on short notice or helping clean his eyes without ever charging for it. I brought my 3-month-old French Bulldog puppy in for a basic wash and nail trim. During the nail trim, her nail was cut into the quick, causing immediate bleeding and she began limping in pain. After bringing her home, the nail continued bleeding and left blood spots on her bed. We were also never informed that this had happened before she was released to us. I understand accidents can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. I called to inform them and explained they should have at least told us what occurred, but no concern or solution was offered. When I asked for a refund for the service, it was refused. At that point it wasn't about the money -- it was about accountability and care for a young puppy injured during a routine service. Pet owners with very young or small dogs should use caution and check their pets before leaving.

My problem had to do with their complicated accounting. Their membership fees seem beneficial but they charge separately for services that are normally included in a grooming, and despite my efforts I could not get someone to clearly explain how their memberships were beneficial. I was overcharged twice and although they did agree to reimburse me a couple of hundred dollars, I never received a complete accounting as requested. ( we only used their services twice?) I was the one who had to question the credit card bill and was told that the person with whom I spoke didn't really understand what had happened and would have someone more knowledgeable call me regarding their mistakes. I never heard from anyone. I am again asking for a complete accounting from them on my account. Even with the parking difficult at times, it is unfortunate that their fees were not more clearly explained before I began using their services, because I really like a lot of other things about the facility.
